We had an incredible family trip in Antigua! Thank you to our diamond club butlers Shanice and Zo who helped us out with everything. We also thoroughly enjoyed our Grazie Diamond Club breakfast by the water with our favourite servers Kayla and Nelson. Will definitely be back soon!

A Pleasant and Welcoming Experience
We had a very pleasant experience during our stay. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The service was excellent, and we will definitely be coming back.

Firstly I would like to thank Victor- Head of Operations for the West Indies. His demeanour, attitude and approach is impeccable and I was so impressed with how he handled my feedback and questions. He is constantly checking that everything is ok and always visible and smiling. This was our 4th time staying at the Royalton and it was really lovely. Deep Bay is one of the best beaches in the world and that’s why we keep Coming back. Coupled with the beautiful grounds and general ease of the place I do Recommend this hotel. I don’t drink but if you do and you like to eat whenever you want then this hotel Is very good value for money. It’s all inclusive and there are many restaurants to choose from. There are also days filled with fun activities and my son went from football to volleyball on the beach to hiking up to Fort Barrington and then was my tour guide and took me. A special thanks to Tracey in the kids club too who remembered my son and welcomed him Back. We will Be back! Thank you everyone for a truly Wonderful stay!

Dec 26, 2025Nice Beach but Not So Good Customer Service and Was Very Slow
The hotel was great, with comfy rooms and nice features that made the stay enjoyable. There were awesome views and the beach was breathtaking. However, the customer service was really bad. Things took way too long, and the staff didn't seem very helpful. Me and my cousins waited a hour just for 2 burgers and fries. This made the experience less pleasant overall.

Wonderful time in Antigua.
Paul and Coniah were the best ever in Diamond club. Service was excellent and the place was great. The resort was great and everyone was so friendly. Drinks were abundant and the food was excellent.
