Mar 04, 2025Exceeded my expectations!
First time in Turks and wantef a hotel on Grace Bay Beach which is where the action is. Being the cheapest hotel in Grace Bay, I wasn't expecting much if I am honest. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were very clean, bed was spacious, shower room was clean and hygienic. Everyone is super friendly and polite, from front desk staff (Bernard), down to your breakfast staff. Resort manager was also cool, and so was one of the owners who popped by the hot tub at some point and introduced himself randomly and even insisted on cranking up the jet for the hot tub which was quite a nice gesture without even asking. Breakfast was quite decent, and the pool, hot tub, sun beds were nice. Nice Tuesday socials and quiz in the evening with free drinks, food and prizes. Even get free towels and beach beds without any charge or resort fee being imposed, and free kayak and other watersports equipment to use. All in all, great hotel and would definitely stay here again.

TCI was what I needed to relax and unwind The hotel is very nice and clean. Friendly staff. The breakfast is enough to get your day started, coffee, juice fresh fruits, eggs, potatoes and meats. The on-site pool is clean and a good size to cool down after a day in the sun. Everything is within walking distance, the beach, restaurants, grocery store and shopping.

A great value!
Ports of Call was perfect for us. The location can not be beat. The room was clean and staff friendly. It was an amazing value. The beach was wonderful, and just a short walk from the resort. The pool was always clean and never crowded. We had a balcony overlooking the pool, and it was lovely. We could walk to Graceway Gourmet and a variety of restaurants in Grace Bay. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and clean space with a pool and beach without the insane price tag of the other resorts in the area.

I would return
The best recommendation that I can give is whether I would return to a place, and for the Ports of Call Resort, that is an absolute yes. The PoC checks all the boxes: it's clean, safe and affordable. The staff are very friendly, the rooms have been recently updated and look very modern, and the Resort is just a short walk to the beach where they provide umbrellas, loungers and other water sports equipment. If I return to the TCI, the Ports of Call Resort is where I would stay.

Great vacation spot
We had a wonderful vacation. Everyone at the resort was friendly and attentive. Walking distance to everything you'll need. Breakfast was good, simple but saved us from paying for breakfast somewhere else. We would definitely stay here again.
