    Great service. Not so great food.

    Dillan was a great server. Service is always top notch. The food isn’t good. Most of the food seems processed and not fresh. The rooms are nice and they keep the min bar and towels stocked. This place would be so much better if they do better with the food.

    Irene’s Private Cabana Service

    Irene was outstanding in her service today at our private cabana. She stayed with us all day! She was attentive and always made sure to check in on us to make sure we had what we needed as well as took our lunch and snack orders she was never too far away.

    Fabulous!

    Just returned from a week at PH Costa Rica and we had a brilliant time. We booked the star class and loved our room and sea view! We ate out at the restaurants every night thanks to our concierge Jorley who organised this for us. Our favourites were the Italian and steak house. We spent most days at the main pool but also used the star class pool as well which was more relaxed and had a great food hut for lunch. Waiters at both pools were brilliant at bringing drinks over and remembering what you liked. All very friendly especially when working in the heat. The pool party on Saturday was lots of fun and we enjoyed the activities around the pool. The highlight for us (particularly my 2 year old daughter) was feeding the monkeys on the beach every morning. All in all we had a fantastic time the only reason for not giving 5 stars is one day seemed to be a bit chaotic (short staffed, lots of food and items unavailable and places closed that are normally open).

    Best server ever

    Our server was a super star she made me the best coffee in the world thank you for being so so so sweet ❤️ checked on us constantly. Big smile and so welcoming.🙏🏻🙏🏻 hard worker and accommodating. Taught me some Spanish too 🥰 Thank you Tamara!!!!

    Blue Tex Mex restaurant

    Food and service was very good . Josely, Josue and Ignacio made it a lovely evening. Very attentive with very good English. The brisket was very tasty. Both the red and white wines were very good . The best restaurant at the planet Hollywood resort.
