Alexa was very fun I was solo she made me have fun she is welcoming she did karokee w/me & even danced w/me she is my amiga she was the best I highly recommend her she is the best you won't be disappointed she is amazing and fun and not scared to let you out of your comfort zone

Good customer service by David and Freddy from the dinner buffet.
David (the walking dead and Freddy ( karate kid) at the buffet during dinner were very professional and friendly. They were nice and paid attention to details. They were very intentional with the service. I felt very comfortable during dinner.

Good customer service
The service was excellent. Thank you David (the walking dead), Freddy (karate kid). They were great with customer service, warm welcoming, and interacted with us, especially about our favorite movies. Most important laughter was created.

One thing I can say, the staff is amazing. They go out of the way to make sure you are taken care of. From the moment you arrive, they welcome you and are happy you arw there. The guacamole at the buffet is some of the best I've had, just wish they had it every day.

Very good overall
Lovely spacious double room. Good mini bar and Buffet breakfast is the best I’ve ever had! Cocktails are good. Most of the time if you ask for a Pepsi or soda from the pool bars, it will be flat, as they only have bottles. The steak a la carte restaurant is the best but very difficult to get into. You can only book 1 day in advance and there never seems to be any availability but most of the time you walk past and there’s load of empty tables but they won’t let anyone in that’s not on the list…. Strange We didn’t enjoy the Italian a la carte. Not true Italian and pasta and pizzas lack flavour and are not stone baked or fresh. The room had mosquitos and bugs in constantly throughout the holiday… they don’t use repellant or supply a plug in, unlike other tropical hotels I’ve visited! For the price, a plug in should be included. Also, our room had a damp smell and wasn’t overly clean. The floors and mirrors weren’t clean. The pool always runs out of towels, as they take them off your sun beds during the day and don’t replace them! Guys burger joint at the pool is very hit and miss!! Doesn’t live up to the name… which is a shame!! The chef can’t even make what you ask for from the menu. I asked for a cheese burger… had no cheese or onion or pickle… then I asked for an onion ring burger, came with no sauce and no onion ring lol!! They are lazy and just make you whatever they fancy or they don’t know the menu… they are rude in there and don’t speak English when you try and complain. It’s the only good option available for lunch. The hotel should really open an a la carte for lunch with a small basic menu of maybe just salads or jacket potatoes …?? The best thing about this hotel is the entertainment!! We loved the silent disco and the pool party! Dancers are really good too! Definitely the place to be!
