    So cal buffet team

    The coffee is phenomenal! Gracias Maria Jose! She made our buffet experience wonderful. She makes the best coffee! I loved the lattes and my husband loved the cafe choriado. Everyday the food is different and such high quality choices. My favorite restaurant at the hotel!

    Awesome service

    We had an awesome time. The staff was excellent. At breakfast Tamara, Keisy, and Maria Jose made our experience very memorable. This was by far one of our best experiences. We are definitely planning on coming back. The food was great. We definitely looked forward to breakfast

    WINS 🏆 Bracelet key cards for the whole family Towel process Golf carts frequency excellent Beach is amazing Reservation restaurants a nice change Private Cabana w/unbelievable service!!! Losses 📉 Disgusting pool lounge chairs Terrible mixed drinks anywhere at both pool bars / mix is poor quality syrups Hard as a rock mattresses & flat pillows __________ Rooms: As you would expect, EXCEPT very awful beds. Woke at 4 am daily already sore. Hard as rocks. Towels and minibar stocked daily without delay and zero issues with hot water, insects or anything. Buffet Restaurant : Only busy at breakfast, and breakfast was excellent. All other meals the buffet is pretty empty of patrons due to meals elsewhere, which results in a lackluster/mediocre offering. Everything they had was cooked well, but you had to get creative to make a different meal at each visit. Very redundant. Service excellent 👌 Reserved Restaurant : Surprising considering some of the reviews I read! Excellent service, above par food, good portions and clean. BUT screenshot your reservation confirmation from the APP because we did - but when we went to that restaurant they told us we were at wrong restaurant and when we checked the APP indeed we had been moved. So screenshot your confirmation or you're out of luck (We ate at Sushi, Italian and Teppanyaki) Pools: Well NOBODY was getting out to use the restrooms... Bars are understaffed. Pools are small.And microphone activities are static and terrible to listen to. Pool bar smelled like a rancid garbage dump. Foam party was enjoyed by the kids twice in one week! Pool chair pads are actually disgusting. I will post images. Beach: I've been south 19 times, one of the nicest beaches.... if you like to experience the places you're visiting. Powdery, sparkly jet black sand. Mantas, blue crabs, Tuna, Hermit crabs, monkeys and iguanas everyday at the resort! Well shaded, breezy, clean chairs and no pushy vendors. Close to bathrooms and the bar. Like 20' away Cabana: We booked the private Cabana with pool... AMAZING. Top shelf large bottle included. Fresh fruit mixes and ice refreshed all day long by server. I mean he came by every 20 minutes to check if we needed anything. Food, bar orders and snacks also delivered by the server upon request. Best drinks I had all week. Fresh pineapple, fresh lemonade, tonic and cranberry juice at our request - hellallujah. **Reco save your money on star class and book this 2-3 times instead**

    Best hotel in Costa Rica

    Very good stay at planet Costa Rica top notch service all over, rooms are clean and always fully stocked. No complaints whatsoever at the buffet the server Freddy was the best always attentive and friendly. Highly recommended. But keep in mind the weather will be hot!!!!!

    A great time of our family at Planet Hollywood

    A great time was had by our whole family. We loved our stay and the staff was excellent. Our room was exactly what we expected, and the amenities entertained us all week long. Special shout out to the crew at the Sunset Strip Steakhouse and Grill - it was one of the best meals we had at the resort. The manager Alfredo, the hostess Sharlyn and the rest of the team were top shelf! Thank you all!
