Mar 24, 2025A very relaxing holiday.
This is the second time I've stayed here since 2022. It is awesome! The beach was more clean this time (last time it was full of weeds, and the ocean was too). The food is very good and the hotel is very clean. The lazy river is one of the best I've seen!

A wonderful fun-filled vacation! Perfect for preteens/teens who love being active.
We were here for two weeks during spring break time, and honestly we had a fabulous time. We stayed in the one bedroom directors suite (non star class) and had no problems getting reservations to restaurants. We travelled with our two boys, ages 9 and 13. The resort was exceptionally clean, and they were constantly doing work to maintain the property. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. Highlights: - Kevin at the batting cage was fantastic. He was very kind and encouraging. My 9 year old took advantage of the free batting cage hour several days, and my husband and 13 year old enjoyed it as well. - We tried all the a la carte restaurants, and our favourite by a mile was Sutra, the Indian restaurant. It was SO GOOD. It was everyone’s favourite. We also enjoyed Guys burgers, and the restaurant by the beach for lunch. - The beach was beautiful. - Our room was GORGEOUS. We loved it. - The buffet was exceptional. Really, really good. Lots of variety, flavourful, and many stations where they made things cooked to order. - Our son spent hours every day on the two basketball courts. They were well-maintained and they do have balls available there, but if you are particular about the quality of the ball, you probably should bring your own. - The pools and lazy river were very nice. -Our oldest son loved the 24 hour room service and ordered it often. Cons: Honestly not too many cons! But the shortage of loungers by the pool and the ensuing reserving by towel prior to 6:30 am happens here daily. However, we would often put our things on the beach as there were more free chairs there. We’ve been to quite a few all-inclusives, and always enjoyed them. But we would return here with no hesitation. It was a wonderful vacation!

There are multiple things about this resort that are not great here are a few. 1. all pool seats are taken by 7:00 AM. I woke up at 5:30 am today to grab seats and there was about 20% seats left to save. This was already alarming as i have never seen this issue at any other resort. Then, I came to the pool at around 10 am and someone completely moved our seats and umbrella. The pool is extremely crowed and I’ve seen many people have to lay in the grass because there are not enough seats, which is just sad. A lot of the people here are just down right rude and will take your seat as your sitting on it-as it happened to me. 2. If you want to make a reservation, it will most likely be at 9:30 pm. It is almost impossible to eat at any restaurant other than the buffet, which isn’t that good. None of the food I have had here has been great, just mid. 3. If you want to go to the pool it’s like a 10 minute walk from the lobby. Our room is in building 24 which is right by the lobby which is nice, however getting to the pool takes FOREVER. This resort is huge but not in the good way. If you are coming here make sure you are in shape to walk a lot because all of the rooms are located in between the lobby and the pool. This is only my 4th day here but these are some things that really have stood out to me.

Our stay was good for what it was. A spring break trip with high school seniors. Overall the grounds, rooms and people were great. A special shout out to our Butlers as we stayed in Star Class. Octavio, Enrique and Fanny were always there to help with anything we needed. They made our stay great. Food was fine, it was very busy during this time, so I think that had something to do with it. There are plenty of options for food and we enjoyed the Shores restaurant for breakfast and lunch.

Great trip!
Itai and Luis made our trip extra special and took great care of my group while we were on vacation for a bachelorette party! They went above and beyond to help make sure things were taken care of quickly when needing assistance at the resort. Shout out to Itai and Luis!
