    Best family trip ever!

    The gym was amazing. It had all the equipment you could possibly ask for. I avoided the rush and went in the afternoon and it was perfect. Arleth was always there to help me and encourage me. She was a wonderful person and made the experience even better. The rest of the resort was great as well. All the staff was went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted. It was amazing for my kids who had a blast and didn’t want to leave. They enjoyed the kids club and all the characters walking around the resort.

    Friendly Staff!

    Great staff! Big thank you to Alma, Jose, and Gael for making our trip so memorable. All staff were very friendly and accommodating, but these 3 went above and beyond for us! Lots of activities for families - including indoor activities when you need a break from the sun.

    Planet Hollywood scene Cancun, Good Stay, but Frustrating Lounge Chair Situation

    Our stay at Planet Hollywood Cancun was mostly enjoyable, but there were a couple of frustrating issues that made it less than perfect. One of the biggest disappointments was the struggle to find a lounge chair by the pool or on the beach. By as early as 7:30 AM, nearly every chair was already “reserved” with a water bottle, towel, or some other random object yet no actual people were using them. It was incredibly frustrating to see so many empty chairs blocked off for hours while other guests searched for a place to sit. The resort really needs a better system to prevent this kind of chair hoarding or add sufficient quantity to accommodate all guests. In our second day at the resort, we were able to get a lounge chair at 5pm. Aside from that, the resort was satisfactory. The rooms were comfortable, but we did experience high humidity in ours, which made it a bit uncomfortable. When we requested to be relocated to a different room, the process was difficult and took longer than expected. Services and staff members are excellent, Very clean resort. Overall, Planet Hollywood Cancun has a lot of good qualities, but the lounge chair issue and room humidity problems made our stay less relaxing than it could have been. If they can improve these aspects, it would be a much better experience.

    World’s best Butler!! Yomelly and Jerry made the trip magical! They were perfect!

    It was the butlers that made the trip so perfect for us! They made sure we knew everything that was going on. They made us feel special! Not just us adults, they made sure that my son felt special as well. They would make a point to come check in on us everyday! They were the difference maker for Planet Hollywood!

    Fun Spring Break

    Angel and Edwar were great butlers. They were very helpful and we had a great time. they helped us make dinner reservations and checked on us regularly to see if we needed help with anything. They arranged our suitcase pickup for departure. Would recommend
