1st Visit & it won’t be the last
We just stayed 2 weeks at Beaver Creek( May23-27), 1st time in Colorado. Me & the wife both retired, both agreed it was the BEST RESORT we ever stayed at. Phenomenal service ,great staff, fantastic views. We left right when the Blues & Brews, Memorial Day 4 day party was starting, we got to enjoy Friday night, with some great barbecue food, music & drinks. A big SHOUTOUT to RILEY, who worked the front desk. Very helpful(since this was our 1st time in Colorado) , great personality, set us up with some great towns & scenic rides to take. Again, wonderful 2 weeks at Beaver Creek, I can see why you sponsored the ALPINE WOLRD CHAMPIONSHIPS in previous years.

Livid
Absolutely livid! We were really looking forward to spending a couple of days at the Park Hyatt. What a big disappointment. We have been treated better at a Holiday Inn. As soon as we arrived at the hotel we were bombarded by a guy who seemed desperate for us to upgrade to a bigger room for double the price that we had originally booked online. We declined politely however we thought we would upgrade from a queen room on the village side to a queen with a balcony. He said they had one available on the mountain side for $20 more a night. Ok, sounds great so he gave us the key and we went to the room and found out that they weren’t queen beds but double beds. My husband called down to see if there was a mistake. No, the man said, I’ve measured the beds myself. It is a queen but if you really want to look at another room? Yes, my husband said we do thanks. He comes up shows us the other room and sure enough they were bigger beds but did not have a balcony. The upgrade to a room without a balcony is only $10. Bigger beds seemed more appealing so we took that. They ended up charging us for the balcony upgrade when we checked out. I told the lady at the desk that it was a mistake and explained the situation. She basically said that we were lucky that we got a room for the price it was. She said in season its double and we should be happy with what we got. In my opinion she was very unprofessional. Now, we didn’t realize that we had just entered the off season there and it’s something we should have researched. We accepted that the shops & restaurants wouldn’t be open in the village. But to close the actual restaurant AND bar AND room service in the hotel was completely unacceptable. We asked the guy at check in about needing to make reservations for their restaurant he said to just call ahead. He did not mention at all that the restaurant would be open for ONLY breakfast. Breakfast was a joke. We ordered our overly priced food and waited over an hour for the food to come out. My husband got 2 flimsy pancakes with 4 blueberries on it for $18. They could’ve at least given an egg or bacon with it. Well I could go on and on. In conclusion, if you want a bad experience go to the Park Hyatt!

Perfect Location, Very Clean Hotel
We spent a week at the Hyatt Residence Club at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek in July during Covid. It was the perfect location right at the base of the Village. We had a two-bedroom suite with a washer/dryer. Will, the manager and Tyler were most helpful. All employees and guests were in face masks, except 1 woman guest who didn't seem to care. We felt very comfortable and safe. Thank you for your quality services!!

Great vacation
The Hyatt Residence Club at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek was excellent in every category. The location is beautiful, the building and amenities were top-notch, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the Residence Club suite was amazing. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a great view and it had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, great living / dining area, outstanding kitchen, and even a little reading nook off of the living area. We couldn't have been happier.

Wonderful fall stay
The residences at the Park Hyatt are wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. There are only two bedroom and three bedroom units and we had a two bedroom unit. The beds in each bedroom were great and each bedroom had a bathroom with a shower and the master bedroom also had a jacuzzi which was wonderful after a long day of hiking. There was also a third half bath near the living room. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we wanted to fix our own meals. The living room was well appointed and there was a seperate dining room. The wifi worked well for both our laptop and our Firestick. There is both a daily cleaining and turndown service which is unusual for a timeshare. The concierge service left something to be desired. We were there for restaurant week so we asked about a list of restaurants and they referred us to the website which is somewhat cumbersome. We stopped by the other Hyatt facility (Hyatt Mountain Lodge) and they gave us a sheet with all the restaurants listed with their specials for the week. We dropped a copy off with the concierge at the Park Hyatt.
