Great experience!

This was our first time at this resort. We traveled to DR last year to a different resort and I would never go back there so we were a bit skeptical. First off, do the family concierge, Carolina was amazing! She was able to accommodate everything we had asked for and beyond. We had a swim out next to our friends and it was such a great experience knowing we did not have to rush to grab chairs or worry about it being packed. She was able to reserve all the restaurants for the times that worked and sent us a daily list of what was happening that day. What I loved was the vibe of the resort, very relaxing and not the spring break crowds. The beach is about a 15 mins walk which we didn’t mind since we like to walk, the beach is beautiful! There are enough spots and we didn’t have to worry about not getting a spot. Our routine was go to the buffet, then the kids splash park which being in the concierge you get it to yourself for an hour and then to the beach and then back to the pool. The different change of scenery would help the kids and us feel like we were experiencing it all. Jackson by the pool was amazing!! Such a nice guy and made super fun drinks. Carmen at the lobby bar was on point! Anything we asked for, she would make and was able to create some fun and unique drinks. The food and restaurants were good! We had great experiences at them. The main pool was pretty bad, there was foam floating in the side and the water was not even up to the skimmers to help the water flow. The only time we allowed our kids in there was for an activity otherwise I would not go in there.

Great experience with Andy Constante!!

We had an amazing trip at the Paradisius, rooms are impeccable, service fantastic and our concierge Andy a true gentleman !!! Beach place always ready, rooms cleaned on time and special attention on a daily basis! Water park for the kids is a perfect time off for the parents. Highly recommend!

Total Relaxation

We have been going to the Melia Paradisus resorts in Punta Cana. Both Palma Real and Gran Cana for fifteen or more years You can’t beat the friendly people who work there and they are so obliging. Recommend it. Food just ok though Gran Cana more for families Palma Real more upscale and more lively at night. Bartenders are terrific. It’s all inclusive. Not inexpensive. Top shelf everything if you are a Circle Black member. We do love it there. Beach has too much seaweed but they try to stay on top of removing it.

Our stay at Paradisus Grand Cana was truly unforgettable, thanks to the incredible service from our private concierge, Patry Mendez. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and enjoyable. She helped us secure reservations at the best restaurants, provided excellent recommendations, and was always available whenever we needed assistance. Her warm and professional approach made our trip stress-free and extra special. If you’re staying here, you’re in great hands with Patry! Highly recommend!

Fabio was the best! He kept us entertained every time we came in contact with him. His fun and energetic spirit should be a model for all staff!!!! Thanks for making our vacation at Melia one to remember for a lifetime!!! We will definitely return.
