Poor customer services
This hotel lacks professionally trained hospitality. The hotel staff doesn’t show that they care about customer satisfaction or having a good experience. For example, a guest told me that I had left my hat in the lobby and she turned it to the front desk, when I asked front desk they simply claimed that they don’t have it, and told me to ask Lost and Found, then Lost and Found told me they didn’t get any hat from the front desk. Basically they made me go back and forth and the hotel won’t take any responsibilities or own up the task of looking into it. I trust the guest (who approached me herself just to tell me that she gave my hat to the front desk) more than this hotel’s staff. Another example, it took me an hour to check in and I still didn’t get the room I wanted, I asked for high floor with a pool view. They gave me 14th floor when the hotel has 28 floors. I understand that the pool view may be popular or requires surcharges, but come on, 14 is just half way of 28 floors. We still get flies into our room from the balcony. The hotel has good amenities but the customer service is very poor, they don’t know what customers are asking and they don’t care to make them happy.

Skip Valet Parking- Service is declining
Stayed 4/11/25 for 1 night. Have stayed many many times before and actually have another trip planned in July. Hubby and I stayed for our 25th Anniversary but this trip sadly did not leave the best tasted in my mouth and debating on canceling our July trip. 1st I emailed the hotel letting them know we were celebrating our 25th anniversary and was looking to see if maybe we would get an upgraded room. Was told they would note the reservation. We got to the hotel to check in and were told here is your keys elevator is to the left. I asked about the wristband for the slides and was told oh you want them? Seemed like it was an inconvenience to him. We did not get an upgraded room which is totally fine it happens we got what we paid for so I cannot complain but not even a happy anniversary oh well. Ok... not a biggie but what was really upsetting this trip was the valet. We usually self park but splurged this trip cause it was our anniversary! Never again. It was so crowed, took forever to get the car! At one point we realized it was just sitting there for god knows how long before we realized, and were were almost late for our dinner reservation. Mind you the restaurant was only 15 minutes away and we called for our car 50 minutes before the reservation. When we finally saw it and asked for the keys they were thrown to us. No one opened the door nothing, and that happened more than 1 time! It was so crowed that at one point we heard them say valet closed send everyone to self park. I know things get busy I get that, but for $50 to park at least hand me my keys don't toss them, and and how about letting me know my car was there! There were so many cars we could barely see it. The next day I wanted my starbucks, but the line was about 60 people deep. Decided to checkout leave and go to wawa for coffee. Again we have been so many times The world center is my happy place and we never experienced this lack of service before. On a positive note the service at the pool was top notch! With so many hotels in the area not sure if keeping my July 50th Birthday celebration reservation at the world center is what I want anymore. Its sad...I love this place,

Sunny Solo Getaway...
Just enjoyed a great stay at Orlando World Center Marriott! Was greeted with a delicious amenity in my room, complimentary from the hotel to commemorate a special occasion being celebrated. Had a king room overlooking Falls pool. Accommodations are clean, comfortable, and modern. The balcony was a super place to unwind either mid-day or in the evenings. Fun to watch the nightly laser show at the pool - my balcony also had a view of Epcot and had a view of their fireworks as well. The pool area and River Falls water park were fantastic. Lazy river was awesome (didn't try the slides). Plenty of seating available, and poolside service for food and drinks (Tip: try the Tuna Nachos, you won't be disappointed!) I found prices to be reasonable - look, you're staying at a resort, adjacent to arguably the most popular family attraction in the world - prepare to pay for convenience. I don't mean that in a negative way. I just think folks sometimes have unrealistic expectations. I enjoyed dinners at 3 of the on-site restaurants: High Velocity, Siro, and Mikado. All were delicious and service was great. There is a huge lobby bar with a spacious veranda on the 2nd level - great place to relax with a cocktail in the evenings and just enjoy the energy of people walking around, enjoying the pool, the light show, music, etc. I will say that they play music at the pool from about 10am until the end of the ~9pm laser light show. Personally I enjoyed it, as I felt it added to the "vacation vibes" I was looking for. But it may not be everyone's cup of tea. There's a Walmart Supercenter close by (Vineland) for sunscreen, snacks/drinks/beach towels etc. I took an Uber there and back and that was the only time I left the property. Very self-contained. Don't let the size of this property deter you! I definitely felt I got some steps in, just walking around! It is a huge hotel and did take a bit of time to get familiar with their room numbers, and where everything was located. I have been home for 2 days and already thinking of when I want to come visit next!!

Work Conference
I was here for 3 nights for a work conference being held in the convention area on this property. The hotel is HUGE, with multiple towers and wings. The room was clean and comfortable and I liked that there were plenty of towels, and water bottles in the room. I was in East Tower toward end of hall overlooking the parking lot and it was very quiet. The main lobby is rather chaotic due to the cross section of families on vacation and business people there for the conference. Its a loud echoey space with a Starbucks that was fully staffed but always had a long line. (order in app, so much faster!) The pool looked nice and there were always chairs. The hotel is so massive it sits way off the main road and there is no walkability to any stores or outside food options. I bought 2 hard seltzers in the market on site and it was $23, ballpark prices. The walking trail is the shining star of the hotel, it is well marked, and meanders next to the golf course, parking areas, and pools. I really enjoyed walking this trail a few laps before going to the conference. If I were coming back for an Orlando vacation, I would not stay here due to it sitting so far off the main road and a few miles from stores/restaurants and parking $$$ . However, the hotel staff was great, hotel was clean and was appropriate for the work conference I was attending.

Huge hotel too big for itself. Skip.
The main problem with this hotel is that it does not have enough staff. Lines to check in, lines for breakfast, and long walks through the hotel to do anything. For breakfast, the line was 15 mn at the hotel Starbucks. 10 at the restaurant. I asked about a lunch reservation for a group and I was told it was impossible. Turned out the restaurant was half empty at lunch. I had to stay there because of a soccer tournament. I would never go back.
