Excellent Stay!! Looking forward to visiting again!
This was our first stay at Orlando World Center Marriott and we're so glad we chose this hotel! We were celebrating our daughter's birthday with her first visit to Disney World. The hotel is within close proximity to each of the parks AND has its own waterpark for when we needed a break from the Disney parks. The assistant front desk manager, Lorena Lebron, was so sweet in helping us make this first visit a fun and memorable family vacation. I am a Bonvoy Platinum Elite member and my husband is a Lifetime Gold Elite member. Lorena was able to upgrade us to the Two Bay Vista Suite which was very spacious with a dining area, living room with a pullout couch for our daughter to sleep on, a large balcony, a king bed in a separate room, and a nice bathroom. My husband and I like to sleep cold and that AC definitely did the trick. We were very comfortable the entire stay. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff was very nice, check in was quick and easy. They gave my daughter a cute little bag with some toys for a welcome/birthday gift! We were also greeted in the room with a little stuffed animal, drinks, and cookies. We decided to do the valet parking which was a little bit more than the self parking because self parking seemed like a very far walk (they also have a shuttle service) and too much after a long day at the park. This was totally worth it because we would just call down or use the app to request the car be pulled up to the front and it would be ready for us before we got down to the valet area. Because of our Bonvoy status, we were given the choice of 1,000 points or the continental breakfast each morning. We chose the continental breakfast and for 2 of the mornings, added the hot breakfast for $10 per person (our daughter was free since she's still 3). Breakfast was very good, they had a great selection and the fruit was very fresh and delicious every morning. We decided to check out the pool/waterpark areas one morning and we're honestly so happy we slowed down from the parks and enjoyed the pool. I'm really bummed we didn't get the lifeguards names because they were very friendly and helpful when we got a little lost and had some questions about when everything opened/closed. Our daughter LOVED the kid splash area, especially the little slide which she could not get enough of. It was a cool layout because the splash area was up a few flights of stairs and you could overlook other areas. They had great music playing just loud enough too. The lazy river was a fun and relaxing place to explore as well. Looking forward to exploring the main pool next time since it was closed this weekend for maintenance, but we expected this as the hotel let us know in multiple ways ahead of time. Overall, we felt very comfortable here, the staff from the front desk to the restaurants to the pool were all friendly and accommodating. There are so many amenities to take advantage of, especially the pool/waterpark areas. We hope to be back soon!!

Birthday trip with 10 year old granddaughter
Awesome location for a birthday trip for my 10 year old granddaughter and me. Our plans included one Disney Park (Animal Kingdom) and at least one trip to Disney Springs. We used the bus that is provided (and included with your resort fee). Extremely easy to reserve and so convenient. One day we we dropped at Hollywood Studios and then took the Disney Skyliner to Epcot just for the fun of it. We then walked over to the Boardwalk Hotel and took a Disney bus to Springs. The lazy river is extremely nice, the pool is wonderful. We did enjoy the Friday night movie in the water. I would come here again anytime.

Nice conference stay
I thought the hotel was nice and our room was great. There were multiple good restaurants on site to eat at which was nice. The location was convenient to visit downtown Disney. My only complaint would be that the shuttles to Disney ran too sporadically and we still had to use a ride service once we got sick of waiting.

5 Stars - Amazing Experience
Oury stay at the Orlando World Center Marriott was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. We treated ourselves to a couple’s massage at the spa, which was an absolute highlight. The massage therapists were professional, and the ambiance was so relaxing that we felt completely rejuvenated afterward. The resort’s water park is a must-visit, especially if you’re with family or just want to have fun. The lazy river was the perfect place to unwind, and the multiple water slides added excitement to our stay. We spent hours enjoying the pool areas, and there was always a friendly staff member nearby to ensure everything was perfect. As for the food, it exceeded our expectations. Every meal was delicious, with a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes. The presentation and service were both excellent, adding to the overall amazing dining experience. We highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a blend of relaxation, fun, and top-notch service. We can’t wait to return!

Outstanding service
Richard Toborg and Eric Martinez went above and beyond for me while I stayed at Orlando World Center Marriott. I got stuck there due to the hurricane and was very worried about all of my dietary restrictions. I couldn't have asked for better service and understanding during this stressful time. Richard deserves a raise for all her does for your company and Eric gives top notch customer service. Thank you for everything.
