The shuttle service to and from LAX is not good. They don't have enough for such a large hotel. The drivers seem overworked and overwhelmed. Multiple shuttles drove past us both from and to LAX. The shuttles are infrequent. The hotel is fine itself. I like having Starbucks in the lobby. The club lounge is pleasant with a nice breakfast.

Great Airport hotel. Stayed here last year and again last night, very consistent. Bed comfortable, room clean, no surprises. Flew in from East Coast at midnight. Shuttle driver was outstanding and even at midnight, they are running multiple shuttles and there is even a tracker app to get an idea where they are arriving - short wait. As Lifetime Platinum, we were upgraded to a suite. The M Club; executive lounge is open 24 hours for very small snacks, and serve a great breakfast from 6:00 - 9:30 am. Sam at the lounge was wonderful. Landing jet lagged late at night is not pleasant, but we know that we have a good place to end up. Thanks Marriott.

A good hotel perfect for travelers
We stayed overnight at the Los Angeles Airport Marriott to catch a morning overseas flight. Overall, this was terrific for our needs. It’s an updated and “stereotypical” corporate Marriott property - obviously not a bad thing in our minds, as one of us is a Titanium member and chooses to stay at many Marriott properties! Our basic and tidy king room had a comfy bed, good shower temperature and pressure, and good wifi. We slept well despite it being somewhat noisy outside with the occasional ambulance and the room being close to the elevator (we’d definitely ask for something further away in the future.) The M Club was good for noshies in the evening, and they have a pay bar. This property also has an extensive gym, but we included no photos of it in our review as the two times we were in there at 8:00 pm and 5:15 am there were a bunch of people in it. Still, it was great for our needs and as a bonus they had a stock of chilled eucalyptus-infused towels for post-workout. Hotel staff were all nice. The shuttle runs constantly to LAX (the other reason we booked this property) but note this can take a while, so budget time accordingly! All in all, perfect for travelers, and we’d definitely stay there again in a similar situation.

Pleasant stay
Check in was a bit slow but when we made it to the desk the staff were friendly, attentive and competent. It was a busy travel week but only one desk was open. The other check in staff were attending to all the airline staff that were checking in. And they seemed to have priority. I would have liked to use my Bonvoy account but that app is $&@&! useless although it did work for free wifi. Otherwise you are paying for wifi. The restaurant and bar are very good. The restaurant was expensive but the food was exceptional. The room was clean and fairly large and the bed was comfortable. The A/C in the room was extremely loud which was a bit annoying. All in all I would still recommend this hotel especially if you are in transit,

Great start to our holiday
· Fantastic hotel , very close to the airport , check in was very easy fantastic staff nothing too much trouble , our room was very nice, clean ,spacious ,and comfy. great sports bar and food was very nice , within walking distance to all hotels also a free bus service in to the airport . highly recommend and hopefully we will return in the near future.
