Highly disappointed with the daily parking fees.
I've checked in on time at 8 PM, but it's ridiculous how they expect you to arrive after 4 PM . Check-out time is 11 AM, which is now standard in many places. The parking lot is terrible and expensive; they have enough space, and all the northern spaces are unused . They would rather have empty spaces than utilize them and lower the fees. Marriott's gross profit for the twelve months ending September 30, 2024, was $5.069 billion. Yes , their daily parking fees are outrageous .

It’s become a typical airport hotel. They don’t treat you like they don’t expect or want you back.
Poor service all around room did not get cleaned had to chase them to have new towels put in , the club floor has very very limited food for breakfast, I would not pay extra for this ever again in this hotel , while I was staying from the 10th floor down had cold water showers for 24 hours , substandard for a major Hotel chain and such a good brand elsewhere but given its tan airport hotel, I assume they don’t want you back or they don’t care whether you come back

The staff get 5 stars; but the hotel, beyond the lobby, is VERY out dated.
Stayed here recently and I have to say, the staff get 5 stars; but the hotel, beyond the lobby, is VERY out dated. The halls were very dark and seriously reminded me of “The Shining.” The bathrooms also very dark (no updated lighted mirrors here!). The pushed air was noisy. The refrigerator and coffee machine were cheap and old. Mattress worn and saggy. And I could hear my neighbors through the connecting door (are connecting rooms still a thing?). Lots of people were staying there, so it has a draw. If I were Marriott, I’d put money into updating the place. Give your amazing staff something to be proud of.

Great Value & Experience @ LAX
I have stayed here multiple times over the past few years as I commute to LA. I like this property because the price is reasonable, rooms are nice and clean, and staff are consistently friendly and professional, plus it super close to LAX. My favorite feature is the in house Starbucks. If you place a mobile order from your room, it is ready by the time you step off the elevator. The JW Steakhouse is good for an airport hotel but inconsistent. Its also pricey. I have had both an amazing steak and a mediocre one. Lobby bar is bustling with lots of interesting people. Despite close proximity to LAX rooms are quiet. I will continue staying here.

Stay anywhere else.
Hotel is old and very worn out. Not a typical Marriott. My King room was dirty. Horrible linens and old bed. Smelled. Lots of airline crew coming and going. 63 people in line for checkin. 2 people working. Horrible choice for a hotel. Go elsewhere. Never again.
