    Comfortable but time consuming

    The hotel is clean and comfortable but the shuttle can take 30 minutes to pick you up at the terminal. I had a very long line to check-in to the hotel at 10 pm with no separate line for Bonvoy members. It would be better to pay for a ride here and not arrive with a large group from the shuttle, all wanting to check-in at the same time.

    Very nice hotel

    Everything was good! Check-in was seamless and the staff were friendly and warm. We arranged a gameday shuttle with the concierge and that was easy and smooth. Our room was fine — carpet was a little worn but not enough to hurt our experience. We had a room with a view with a balcony over the lovely pool area; too bad it was too cool to enjoy it. Drinks at the bar with TVs showing sports was a nice vibe.

    Very nice hotel with plenty of amenities

    Stayed one night here before flying out of LAX. The parking fee is super high, I returned my rental b/c they do offer an airport shuttle which is great BTW, very continent. The M club had a great dinner, it was prime rib hosted by the GM. It was a fun time. Room is smaller than most but worked for a one night trip

    We stopped there twice, on the way we had good room but on the way back were in a ground floor room with windows blocked by screen....absolutely awful. But really love the airport shuttle.
