Great Customer Service
Excellent service from check in w/front desk including Johar, bellmen, valets, maids. Traveling with 2 infants is stressful but hotel staff made our trip! Will definitely return! The Marriott Bonvoy membership has a lot of perks. The best feature was that late checkout was available at 2pm because our flight time was at 5pm.

Shame on you Marriott!
I have NEVER been so excited to write a review on a hotel as I am today. Excited to tell everyone how HORRIBLE my stay was this past weekend (OCT 26, 2024). Spent a ton of money for flights to get to LA from PHX to attend a concert at the KIA Forum. Decided to book my hard earned Marriott points for the LA Marriott hotel LAX (close to airport and convenient). We return from our concert at midnight and want to get right to sleep so we can awake as refreshed as we can to catch our 5am flight. 1am and there is a party in the hall with very loud and obnoxious people not having any regard for guests trying to sleep. And to confirm, THIS WAS 1:00 AM!!!!! Several calls to front desk to get security to act and NO ACTION. Finally, I took action myself and proceeded to confront the ANIMAL crowd outside my door with threats to "shut up or else!" They finally got the message and the Carnival Cruise looking group disbursed. Well, I was so amped with adrenalin, I could not calm down to get back to sleep so just sat in bed thinking this is the worst hotel stay of my life. No support from a corporate owned Marriott at any level....Even at checkout, my complain was met with "would you like some water?......You need to stay hydrated!"......I looked at that gal and just said, "Marriott will be hearing about this!" Hotel caters to large groups of Airline employees and would hope they have sensitivity to keep hallways quite so our beloved airline crew can rest to attend to their important duties of the morning (flying us SAFE!). Never again staying at this ghetto Marriott near LAX! Shame on you Marriott!!!!!

Our stay in mariott
I have always stayed at the MARIOTT Lax airport hotel upon arrival in Los Angeles. The warm welcome, friendly staff. The hotel has been renovated. A beautiful spacious and very clean room. Inside the hotel you have something to feast on (Starbucks and other restaurants...) A 5-minute walk from Carl JR, Inn and out and other fast food. I will return to this hotel and recommend it without hesitation.

Expensive Airport Hotel
Great hotel for those that need to be close to the airport. Very friendly staff. Nice facilities, pool, gym & putting green; & a Starbucks. Rooms basic but that’s all you need. Probably overpriced for a hotel that’s not considered a holiday destination. They will let you customise your arrival & departure times but it’ll cost you. The free shuttle bus to & from the airport terminals is the best attribute about this hotel.

I am a lifetime, platinum elite and I’ve never experienced anything like this. Dial zero on the hotel phone and it tells you it will be five minutes until someone answers. After about a minute, it says four minutes. Then for the next 10 minutes it keeps saying four minutes. Nobody answers the phone. The direct dial buttons don’t work and there’s a note on the phone that says dial zero for all services. I don’t see how they could have no staff manning the phone to answer questions or for room service… I tried several times same result.
