High price for a tiny room
Hotel very well located not far from La Defense. Meanwhile rooms are tiny, and breakfast not meeting a 4 star hotel standards. Expected more for this price. A public parking two minutes away. Bunch of restaurants if you leave the hotel and turn right, Italian trattoria was the best we tried.

Conference Group Stay
We had a wonderful experience at Le Méridien Paris, and we are glad to recommend this hotel to others! From the start, their team helped coordinate our room block for a special event and made sure that every participant was accommodated. They were always available to answer our questions. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped, ensuring that our guests were taken care of. Everyone had a fantastic time—there were no issues whatsoever. All in all, through a variety of small gestures, they made us feel appreciated.

Breakfast buffet
I've been to many hotel breakfast - this is BY FAR my favorite breakfast buffet ever. If anyone ever want to win my heart er pocket change, give me good breakfast. Where do I start: carving station, actual honey comb, charcuterie station, cheese station, yogurt station, pastry station. I can go on. There is also a robotic bus-bot that collects the tray for dishwashing. All this in a spaceious dining room overlooking the beautiful grounds. The check-in was long. I was told it's to be expected in this hotel. There is a convenience store/cafe and a restaurant onsite and we enjoyed both, but do yourself a favor and step outside, and there are several restaurants to enjoy including French, Italian, Asian - you name it. We got a room upgrade to 'Chic' room, which is the 2nd step up with regards to room choices. We got a top floor room in an older wing with no city view, so I would recommend for anyone to pick the Eiffel tower view if they can afford it. This 17th Arr. hotel is close to train stations, and/or if you are okay with long walks (hour+), you can go to the major attractions by the Seine. Arc de Triomphe is only a 20 minute walk. Would I come back here? Yes. It's not the best Marriott hotel, but it has decent location and the food is top notch.

Big conference hotel
This place is probably more geared towards conference visitors rather than tourists, but is still only a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe. An inexpensive taxi will get you downtown to major sites quickly, or learn to use the Metro. It was our last night in town and pouring down rain so we reluctantly stayed and had dinner at the in-house bistro. The food was very good, better than we expected, as good as we had in other bistros in town. The rooms were good, but use the doorless open shower which makes it difficult to have a ice warm shower. We would probably stay somewhere else, but this was fine for one night.
