Prepare to spend a lot of money!

Beautiful resort but prepare to be fleeced each day. First of all beautiful resort, as it should be at $800 a night. The staff is wonderful. My biggest issue is not only is the price ridiculous they add on a $55 resort fee and $27 a day parking. This resort is not in the city and the self parking is close to half a mile away. $27 is insane. It gets better. A nacho without meat is $24! Drinks are $20. I could go on and on with the prices. The place is beautifu, butl I feel there are many other places that would provide more value.

    Amazing time!!

Amazing time with a group of 7. Activities galore to do from ice skating to an amazing walk through handmade large gingerbread houses. The resort is decorated for the season and 15-18 year olds with us there was something everyone loved about our stay. The rooms are updated and the fire pit was nice for coffee in the morning watching the sunrise. Starbucks opens at 5ish. Lots of photo opportunities. Great staff always helping and kind.

    Nice resort hotel

I’m not generally partial to big corporate or resort hotels, but this is my third time staying here (each time for work) and it is quite lovely. The rooms in particular are super: spacious, beds and linen super comfortable; bathroom well appointed (separate tub and shower, robes, vanity packs, etc!); and some nice subtle touches like automatic lighting in the bathrooms, electronic temperature controls; and a fridge with free water. My only nitpick would be the towels are a bit small and coarse and not up to par with the quality of other items. Swimming pools are nice and nicely well heated (needed in December). One note- the hotel is a resort hotel and not easily walkable to restaurants or public transport. So keep that in mind.

    Comfy hotel

Beautiful hotel. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I had a room that faced the west and thus the room was warm in the evening/afternoon. They helped me find a room in the hotel that fit my needs without any problems, despite the hotel being busy. The food at the restaurants were great. Maritage was my favorite as the food was the most diverse and the staff there are fantastic! The pool area is very nice and has multiple options for an afternoon of fun at the pool - lazy River, slides, pools to lounge about. The room itself was comfortable and provided a great night of sleep. I enjoyed the hotel and I would recommend and would stay here once again.

    Great experience

We were here for a professional meeting and we had two meals for the conference. The food was very good as was the service at these events. Our room good and clean in all ways, except the bed was a little softer than we like. Our handicapped accessible room was not ready when we arrived; however, Christian was very helpful then and throughout our stay. Because we have a handicapped parking pass, we did not have to pay anything extra for valet parking. Unfortunately, things are spread out and going from our room to the conference required a rather long walk.
