Lack of empathy and bad customer service
This place is one big cash grab. Their customer service is terrible and lacks empathy. I’ve been a loyal Marriot Bonvoy member for years and this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I’d say it’s below their normal standards and there are other properties to stay at that will treat their customers better.

Back for a two night stay with family!!!
We are back for a two night stay for fun and R and R with family. Up graded to a suite in room 608, roomy, clean, one and a half bathrooms, king size firm bed, awesome high pressure shower, work desk and comfy sofas. We dined at the Sear and Sea for dinner one night and for breakfast at the Unreserved Food Bazaar. Both places excellent food and service. Great service by the guys at the valet parking area, who got our car in a timely matter. Large pool which no one was in because of the cooler weather. Large resort, close to all the attractions and free shuttle we were told to the resorts, you just have to make a reservation. Overall, beautiful resort, tucked away up the road, great staff, close to Disney Springs and all parks. We will be back!!!

Modern, comfortable, base for Disney World
Although they didn't really acknowledge that I'm a repeat guest at the hotel, and although I've never gotten a room upgrade despite my Titanium status, I just want to acknowledge that I'm an absolute fan of this hotel when I go to Disney World. I love having this hotel as my base. The rooms are modern, have a good energy, the beds are good. Shower heads can be better, but that's the only con. I've stayed at Waldorf Astoria several times before discovering this hotel and I'm so happy I did and switched, I never looked back. The Waldorf is so outdated in comparison, not even close. Yes you can stay in a real Disney hotel, but if you care about a room that's modern and luxurious, give this hotel some real thought. I can imagine the Four Seasons is even better, but it's also at a much higher price point. I will be back. I do want to note that during my last trip I had a room close to the elevator and it was too noisy for me, but they switched me without any issues!

Excellent for 2 adults. Just don't bring your whole family; the rooms are not equipped for that.
We stayed here for 4 nights. I had a conference here, but since it is Orlando in March I brought my family with me. We had 2 rooms with 2 adults and 2 kids in each room. Pros: 1. The hotel it new and swanky and properly fits the image of JW 2. The rooftop play area and kids room are excellent. 3. Really great view of the fireworks each night from the rooftop area. 4. The pool area is beautiful and it's nice that they have a family section and a no-kids section. 5. Proper conference facilities and decently easy to navigate. Cons: 1. Where are the draws? Were is the shelving? I realize the hotel is ultramodern but being a family friendly resort in Disney with barely enough shelving for two people for aesthetics is a major deign flaw. --->We essentially lived out of our suitcases for the 4 nights because there was literally no place to unpack all out things much less store our 3 suitcases even if there was shelving. -->On top of that, my wife and I each had our casual clothes and business attire, which further exacerbated the no storage issue. -->This con alone is the removal of the 2 stars, as it's a doozy. I would recommend this if I was travelling with just my wife for maybe 3 nights. But travelling with kids and checked luggage for 4 nights, I most certainly do not recommend this for that size family.

Excellent services
Thank you Marwi for your excellent gentleman’s facial. I appreciated your taking good care of my husband. Also thank you Jennifer for my amazing facial. The spa staff is courteous and made the entire experience easy and welcoming. The facility is very elegant.
