  Fantastic

  I was so glad an employee from here Ginet Bilancio recommended that I try this place and believe me 100% not disappointed. The rooms are fantastic housekeeping is great clean well kept all of the staff is friendly as can be from the bartenders to the kids at the pool. Highly recommend this place.

  Best front desk experience!

  Came here for a National Work meeting. Travelled for over 12 hours from west coast and arrived well after midnight. Sadly, all food options were closed at the hotel. I want to give a shout out though to Steven, I believe he is the evening manager, who went above and beyond. He gave me snack/bar options from their employee snack stash to tide me over until morning. So kind and very appreciated! The hotel staff were all friendly and the resort is very clean and beautiful. Thank you!

  A weekend getaway that turned 5 days

  We had an excellent stay at this JW in January 2026. The location is ideal—conveniently situated near DISNEY attraction (especially Disney springs) and yet peaceful enough to feel like a true getaway. The staff truly stand out: warm, professional, and consistently attentive, making check-in, dining, and daily requests seamless. Juan and Jesus really stood out to use. Housekeeping was also amazing each day. Well appointed rooms really made this a true 4 star property. The pools are beautifully maintained and offer plenty of space to relax, while the cabana experience adds an extra touch of comfort and privacy. Parking garage was easy and well organized, which made coming and going stress-free. The breakfast buffet was a solid , with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options catering to different tastes and dietary needs. It’s a great way to start the day, whether you’re heading to meetings or to the theme parks. Overall, the resort strikes a great balance between comfort and functionality, making it well-suited for both business travelers and families. Whether you’re here to work, relax, or do a bit of both, this JW property delivers a consistently high-quality experience. Side note , due to the storms in the northeast, we had to add 2 days to our stay. The staff went out of their way to provide us a fair rate to stay in the same room. We are grateful to their flexibility and help to some many guests like us that needed extra assistance. We will be back!

  Amazing service in a confortable place!!

  Great JW Marriott!! The best and friendliest service in a hotel I’ve seen in a long time!! Special shoutout to Manager Graciela, Sean and Breaulio who all went the extra mile to help us having a great time and experience with our little girls, and my wife who wasn’t feeling well one night! An extra mile that will make us come back next time this year!! Keep up the great work as it’s rare nowadays!

  Amazing breakfast buffet, but Danielle made it memorable. Definitely will visit the restaurant again!

  The breakfast at this JW Marriott stands out compared to other properties. It’s consistent and offers a great selection of fruit, breads, pastries, granola, berries and made to order eggs. But, the service from staff and chefs sets the bar for high-end hotels. Danielle is a server who is friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to deliver an amazing experience!
