This is an absolutely gorgeous property and overall the food was quite good. Our favourite restaurants were the steakhouse and the French restaurant. The food at the Japanese restaurant was also wonderful, but the only drawback was the level of noise. Make sure you try the Buffet restaurant by the beach or the jerk chicken stand for Lunch! The one thing that made our trip extra special was meeting a concierge by the name of Georgina. We met her the first day and we asked her if there was a service to reserve beach chairs. There isn’t, so what did she do? Georgina reserved us chairs every single morning and it made our trip that much more relaxing! This isn’t what made Georgina so special, however. She had a way of making us feel cared for. She would visit us mid-afternoon to make sure we were enjoying our day, she’d find us walking to dinner and escort us to the restaurant and she was just constantly checking on us to make sure that we were happy. In short, she pampered us and made us feel like honoured guests. I cannot say enough about this special, young woman and how she elevated our experience ten-fold. She understood the assignment and made us LOVE that we chose this resort. Not every experience was like this with everyone at the resort, and Georgina could train some other employees on the resort as to customer service. (Like the woman who rudely told me where to put my used beach towels instead of taking them from me when I brought them up to the towel hut and laid them on the counter because the dirty towel bin was missing. Most other people just leave them on their beach chairs and walk away). To say that not everyone understands superior customer service like Georgina, is an understatement. David the entertainment director is wonderful and really takes his job seriously. The shows were entertaining and the Motown and Jamaica cultural show were outstanding! The Magic show - I would get ride of the Magic and just turn it into a cabaret of some kind because the two people that sang has great voices. Would have like to hear more from them! We first visited this property 11 years ago and this was our second visit. We would absolutely go back without hesitation.

Amazing Service
Georgina made our stay extremely enjoyable!! She was attentive and engaging. Always ready with an answer and a smile! She made sure we were informed of events. I will definitely be looking for her upon my next visit. Amazing service, food and fun!

First time needed a little guidance.
Georgina and Crystal are a total asset to company. They were very friendly and personal from start to finish. This was my first visit and employees like them make want to return again and again. It was a truly wonderful experience.. Georgina and Crystal were a big part of it!

Paradise
I had a wonderful time here at Rose Hall Joiya... Everyone was so helpful. Crystal and Georgina were the best and so knowledgeable about everything even things and places that had nothing to do with their positions.. I will definitely return to this property very pleasant experience too notch.

Great stay for work event
Great staff, friendly, wonderful beach and grounds. Bartenders were great (Travis), wait staff at restaurants (Kevon and Dwayne) and Karen was amazing at the beach party private event we had attended last night. Clean room. Only things that could be improved- I’d like an a la carte breakfast option and some updating/renovating some of the areas, such as the red carpet. Great stay!
