We loved our stay at this resort. For sure will be going back. The service was great. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Yura at the pool bar was one of are favorites. Lucy at front desk was super helpful. Some of the evenings there was live music by the lobby and was great awesome

We stayed for 13 days. The stay has been amazing. The hotel is clean. The staff has been very friendly, from the front counter to bartenders, wait staff, to house keeping. Our concierge Lucy has been fantastic! She helped us book our à la cart restaurants (each was very tasty). Lucy gave us a warm welcome every day and provided a lot of information. Kennedy also welcomed us every day at the buffet holding us a table to have breakfast and dinner. Escuela with house keeping was wonderful and left us fun sculptures in our room. Pool area was great, clean and the bartenders in and out of the pool were fun and made tasty drinks. The beach was nice, sand was clean and the lunch served on the beach was good. Especially the Bbq. All the food was good, the deserts could use some work. The nightly entertainment was great! Amazing dancers and show productions. Every day was a fantastic show. The entertainment team throughout the day was also fun providing games and music. Overall a great trip. The disappointing part was the walk along the beach to the market. As you walked away from the resort you come to area that has a “river” of water that is full of garbage. Be careful to not get caught when the tide is in because you are forced to walk through the garbage water. The vendors at the market are decent. Not to pushy and a simple no thank you and they let you be.

No complaints just perfect.
Great experience, wonderful food and grounds and fantastic staff. Lobster on the beach, stellar!
