MARCH 2025 vacation was a success

The resort was beautiful. The water warm. The beach was nice. The food was good. And as members we had an Ambassador who was Kerry. She did an amazing job. Helped us get reservations at restaurants. And just helped us as needed. This was our second time at the resort. And we will be going back. Loved it down there.

We stayed at the Selection Suites. We had a wonderful stay. Everyone and everything was Great! Kerry in the Member’s Lounge was amazing at texting us and helping out with all our questions and dinner information. She was always checking in and how we were doing! Thank you so much, Kerry! Thank you for helping us renew our membership last year, Jerome! We love our Iberostar membership! There is an area next to the lobby to sign up for excursions! We did the catamaran and absolutely loved it with the snorkeling! We love Jamaica!

Overall unforgettable experience ✨️

Overall Beautiful property, friendly staff and good food. Went to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary and the wonderful staff made it unforgettable. All the staff was friendly and hardworking but these are the ones we came directly in contact with from the security to Cora & Kimone at the fd to Hyron the bell man not to mention Tiara who took care of our room. Dining room staff Sonia,Antoinette,Carlee, Nakeda, Kelisa, Stephanie, Sarah, Victor Montiel. Special mention of Dianne and Daniel who went the exra mile and treated us like royalty on our anniversary... thank you star team, you are true 🌟 's.

save your money

This hotel is a solid 3 star. hotel is clean. very dated. food is terrible. beach is manmade so theres seaweed everywhere. Also be prepared to be annoyed on beach by people selling weed everywhere. And the fruit at the cafe. you would excpect fresh fruit but nope and the serving is for the birds

KERRY our club ambassador!

I loved the service received by Kerry our ambassador! To say she is phenomenal is an absolute understatement. She messaged me daily, personally delivered items to our specialty dining experiences and just said hi to make sure my experience was above and beyond. Because of her it really was. I will definitely be returning but only if she's working! KERRY, you are wonderful as are all of you in the club lounge, but you stand out exponentially!!!
