Check-in Policy: Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.  

Convention Policy: Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.

Groups Policy: Iberostar will accept a maximum of 8 rooms traveling together to be booked as individual bookings. Any group of 9 rooms or more requires a traditional group contract. If your group unexpectedly exceeds 8 rooms, it is your responsibility to notify ALGV immediately, at which point the group will be converted to a contract based on Iberostar's current day group rates and cancellation policy. Failure to notify ALGV of large groups can result in the forfeit of the group.     Winter sunshine in beautiful Costa Adeje

    Wonderful 10 day stay at superb Anthelia - excellent food, ultra-friendly staff and great facilities. Altogether a step up from other hotels. Special mention to Pool Bar staff who were excellent (Marcos☺️). We will definitely be back soon.

    Such a shame

    We have been coming here for around the last 12 years or so once or twice a year the hotel is now looking and feeling tired. The staff as always are fabulous but the hotel has dropped from a five stars to four stars probably because the all inclusive has become buffet only such a shame as we love the place .

    A hotel with great potential but not exploited

    The hotel has an incredible location directly on the beach of Fanabe. Food is amazing with top chefs. However the heated pools are frozen with water at 18 degrees and unusable. The rooms are being renovated but with criteria of absolute poverty. The management of the hotel needs to be completely reviewed. We were stuck in the room because the door handle came off. It took them 20 minutes to "free us". No one who is there apologized for such a deplorable fact. The check in takes very long, more or less like at the post office... Very unpleasant because the hotel is potentially formidable. Iberostar in this case has really fallen to an unacceptable level: price-quality not convenient at all.

    High quality, great facilities staff and food

    Have been to a number of five star hotels but this has been the best. Very clean , good size rooms , comfy bed, very happy staff and food is out of this world. We went half board and compared to what we would pay for a single main out great value . Huge salad bar with changing specialities , cooking station with meat fish or pasta and many other dishes. The dessert selection about 40 plus numerous petit fours or cheese was incredible. Breakfast equally good. Really enjoyed the aqua gym and loads on if you have kids. Despite its size 350 rooms over 5 complexes it has never felt crowded despite being fairly full . Portofino restaurant extra cost was fabulous and on my husbands birthday they decorated the room. Incredible stay. Entertainment every evening if you like this. Very impressed

    Amazing couldn’t fault the hotel location was superb beach front definitely would visit again brilliant holiday enjoyed

    We recently stayed in this hotel and the service was 2nd to none especially Daniel who works in the main lobby bar made our stay amazing the staff work extremely hard to make your stay enjoyable the breakfast was ok and pool and sunbeds were really clean there was alot of the sunbeds so never any worry about getting 1 I would recommend This hotel
