    Poseidón Gourmet Restaurant
    Enjoy a unique culinary experience at the Poseidón Gourmet Restaurant. The head chef, Jose Miguel Barrera, and his team use only exclusive ingredients from the area to prepare dishes as mouth-watering as ingot of foie gras with spiced bread, or braised sea bass on a bed of baby beans with ham, cockles and the fresh sea air.

    Portofino Italian Restaurant
    At the Portofino Italian Restaurant, you can savour our focaccias, bruschettas, mozzarella, fresh pasta, seasoned meat and fish dishes, etc. and, of course, our oven-baked pizzas! If you come in the evening, you can also experience the magic of our live cooking demonstrations.

    Zeus buffet restaurant
    Skip your diet, you’re on holiday! From 7:30 a.m. onwards, you can try anything you fancy for breakfast at the Zeus restaurant buffet. In the evening, discover our chefs’ secrets as you watch them cook right in front of you during the show cooking. In addition, there are six international buffets with smoked dishes, cold meats, seafood, cheeses, pâtés, salads with vinaigrette, roast meats, and much more… And for those with a sweet tooth, there are homemade desserts, a white or dark chocolate fountain, and the pleasure of watching how a hot dessert is prepared live every evening.

    Barbacoa Restaurant
    If you come to the island with a list of typical Canary Island dishes you’d like to try, this is the restaurant for you. In the Barbacoa restaurant, you’ll find typical local produce on the snacks and lunch menu. We suggest you try the black potatoes with red and green mojo sauce.
    This restaurant is not included in any of the hotel’s board types.

    Biggest boy

    Great hotel however on day one I was approached by a large male in the pool at first he seemed harmless but then he kept on coming closer and closer to me until I said stop it biggest boy and that was the end or so I thought. I then went back to my room to get ready for dinner, when I arrived at one of the hotels many heat buffies I saw the same large man in a chiefs uniform, he told me to come to the back and he will show me how he makes the chiefs special sauce I then ran and ran. This man goes by the name of Archie

    Excellent hotel

    Staff are amazing cannot do enough for you. You get pool towels by the pool and towels in the room are changed twice a day. Cleaning every day. Choice of pools, 1 is a more relaxed vibe and is next to the heated pool, another pool has water activities and there are 2 baby pools. Food is lovely. Drinks great. It's in a great location to bars and restaurants and the beach. Very relaxing holiday.

    Outstanding

    This was our 4th visit to the Anthelia and we were not disappointed. Service 10/10 - friendly, efficient and hard working staff in all areas of the hotel Room 10/10 - side sea view, comfortable with a nice balcony, kept spotlessly clean and often valeted while we were in breakfast which we found nice to return to. Great power shower and comfortable bed. TV had several English channels. Facilities 10/10 - beautiful grounds maintained immaculately. Communal areas spacious and spotless. Swimming pool areas clean although this year they seem to have added more sun beds making the poolside areas a little overcrowded. Beds definitely too close together and making it difficult to negotiate a pathway through. ( I could deduct a mark for this !) poolside bar and service excellent. Food 10/10 - buffet style. breakfast choices amazing. Lunch limited choice but ok. Dinner - excellent from steaks to seafood to pasta and salads great variety each night. Desserts amazing! Entertainment 8/10 - acrobats one night were amazing. Tribute nights fun. Location 10/10 - easy access along promenade to beaches, shops, and bars. Short walk to market (Thurs & Sat) shopping malls, bus stop for extensive travel further afield. All in all another great stay at the Iberostar Selection Anthelia.

    Fabulous

    Fabulous hotel and the staff are second to none. From the staff at reception to the bar and restaurant staff, the gardeners, chambermaids and management they all give the impression that they want guests to have the best holiday. If I could name them all I would but of particular note are Felix and Melissa in the restaurant, Marcel, Ines and Ava in the bar and all the staff around the pool area.

    Perfect

    Everything was perfect; the location, the hotel, plenty of choice at the all inclusive restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and committed. Unfortunately during our stay the weather was not as nice, but the beautiful surroundings made up for a lot. This hotel comes highly recommended. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
