Outstanding holiday experience
Outstanding hotel with even more outstanding staff. We were mostly looked after by Sara and her pool bar team however we experienced excellent service from the lounge and reception staff. Room was perfectly serviced every day. I have stayed at this hotel on 4 occasions and I am already booked for year end. Iberostar are in general is my 'Go To' holiday resorts.

2nd visit - not as good as first
This is our 2nd trip to the Anthelia and unfortunately it’s not as good as the first. The service, cleanliness and food have all gone downhill. We had stained sheets on arrival which we asked to be changed and they just changed the top pillowcase so had to asked for it be to be done again. Dinner is ok but mostly cold. Breakfast is poor - raw pancakes that are still runny batter inside. Bacon looks inedible so wouldn’t dare to try it. Some staff are great but others won’t go out their way to help. I’d say it’s 4* max. It’s a shame as it’s a great location but it’s ageing and overall standards have dropped.

Absolutely Amazing pre Xmas holiday, the staff are very attentive and polite, the food is the best we have ever experienced in a Buffett environment, consistency is everywhere including a very very clean hotel, sadly we go home tomorrow, so many staff to mention but a big shout out to all the staff in the “background”, they all play their part Thank you

Very tired now
Very disappointing hotel , feels very tired now. Have stayed a few times before and in between times stayed at the Tivoli in La Calete which was fantastic, but makes you appreciate how much better a hotel it is. The breakfasts are poor , juices are not fresh juice , coffees are rotten and the food in general is poor quality for a five start hotel. Rooms have been given a mid life update but a bit premier inn , public areas are from the 80s and the hallways to bedrooms have wallpaper hanging off wall and carpets that are worn and tired. Staff are great and pool areas are good but food at the pool was very poor for an expensive hotel. Try the Tivoli it was pucker

Better than ever
This was our 14th stay since 2014 and our best. Why? 1) We only saw 2 managers standing around, in the past there was far too many managers getting in the way of the great staff. 2) There appears to have been a much greater emphasis on promoting the existing staff, which led to far better interaction with the usual returning customers. 3) Those who went above and beyond? Betsi (reception) Inez and Antonio (bar) Bruno and Denisa (fitness) Melissa, Yarmina, Katherine, Manuel, Peña and Humberto (restaurant) Abdon (chef} Abel (delighted to see him now in a well deserved customer relationship role👍) We’ll be back!
