Fantastic Hotel
Cannot fault this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights as a family of 4 in an interconnecting room which we recommend. Check in was easy with staff more than happy to help and provide information regarding the hotel. Our rooms were extremely clean, spacious with everything we needed. The hotel has everything you need, we stayed a week before Christmas and found pool areas were never over crowded and all well maintained. The kids club and areas were exceptional with loads of fun activities which our 6 year old enjoyed. We opted for all inclusive which was worth it. Food on offer at all meals provided a wide selection with a good offering of wine. All staff we encountered were fantastic. Definitely would return and stay again.

Excellent stay
Stayed here to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary & hotel gave us a welcome card, a bottle of cava & yummy macaroons in our room. A lovely gesture. On entering hotel foyer, you're greeted with gorgeous aromas. This hotel is vast with lots of little quiet areas & gorgeous grounds. There is a back exit directly onto footpath to beach & restaurants and shops. Our room was huge, big comfy bed & sea view. All very modern & bright. The only downside is washing facilities are within room, so if staying with someone not close to, there is a lack of privacy. We stayed B&B, with a huge choice of food. Hotel is spotless throughout, although foyer furniture has seen better days. Choice of several swimming pools, 2 of which are heated, absolute bliss. Plenty of comfy sunbeds. Evening entertainment was fantastic. However, odd having 2 great acts on at the same time. The main concert venue is self-contained but finishes 10.15pm, starts 9.15pm, the other venue is outdoors and finishes 10.45pm due to rooms nearby. Why not swap timings. Drinks pricey. We loved it here & definitely will return.

The welcome we received upon arrival was exceptional
The welcome we received upon arrival was exceptional—perhaps the best we have experienced to date. It is unclear whether this level of attention was due to our status as repeat guests (this being our second visit this year and fifth overall to Iberostar) or if it is standard for all visitors; regardless, we felt truly valued, so thank you. However, our restaurant experience did not meet the high standards set by previous stays. On our first night, the waiter made an error with our wine order and, after a ten-minute delay, brought the correct bottle but left it unopened in the ice bucket. As a result, we finished our meal before he returned, leaving us without a drink during dinner. The overall service that evening appeared frantic and inattentive. Service quality improved throughout the week but remained inconsistent, with some excellent interactions and others less satisfactory. The food offerings were diverse and changed daily, with fish and steaks prepared fresh to a high standard. Regarding dress code, on a previous visit, I was asked to change from shorts to long trousers for dinner, which I appreciated as a clear policy. This time, however, multiple gentlemen were permitted entry wearing shorts and open-toed sandals on several occasions, suggesting a relaxation of previously enforced standards. Consistency in enforcing these expectations would be appreciated. The room was comfortable and serviced daily. The main pool area was well-maintained and the staff there, particularly Phierina, consistently greeted guests with warmth and positivity, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere each day. One point for consideration: please reconsider the approach to requesting guest feedback. On our final morning, we were repeatedly approached at breakfast to complete a survey via a tablet that frequently malfunctioned, and staff passing by encouraged us to "give five stars." We encountered further requests while relaxing by the pool with a final coffee, which felt intrusive during our last moments. It would be preferable to request feedback mid-stay or prior to departure, rather than at the very end. Overall, despite these concerns, our stay was highly enjoyable and comfortable, with many positive staff interactions. We look forward to returning soon.
