Will highly recommend!
Attended a user Conference from the 13th - 15th, the food was outstanding. I really loved the lobster stew, it was the best! And I like how there was an outdoor fireplace and all the food and desert options were outstanding. The wait staff was very attentive. All the employees at the hyatt greeted you with a smile and were egar to help us out! Kind Regards, Rae VanVleck

Great place to stay!
Nice rooms, very clean and well-maintained hotel. Love that they provided water and snacks as well. Great food at the restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful and ensure your needs are met. Nice to have several meeting spaces available as well.

It’s okay
Had not been to this property for 20 years. It’s been renovated and the facilities are very nice. Had dinner at the Antlers Lodge, which is not attached to the main hotel building and which no one told us that was the case. Ended up driving to the restaurant . It was excellent. The room was very nice , except for the a/c which was not sufficient , despite very moderate temps outside. In all, there are many other choices in San Antonio . I’d take one of them.

Motel 6 experience at $500/night
We booked this resort specifically as a spa getaway. When we arrived, we were told that the spa was shut down. There was no prior notification by the resort that the spa wouldn’t be available. This was very frustrating as the spa was one of the reasons that we booked this resort. So we decided to try the hot tub by the pool. It wasn’t even heated. When we returned to the room to shower, we realized that the shower didn’t drain. We called to have it fixed and was assured that it was addressed. Nope-day two of a backed up shower bathing in dirty water. And now we don’t have hot water at all. The room we were given looked directly out at the hotel’s construction site. We didn’t even want to be on the balcony due to the rotted wood and shaky spindles. I would be concerned if a child was on the balcony due to the condition. There was a dance event that weekend and young girls were loudly running up and down the hall into the night. So we paid over $500/night for Motel 6 accommodations. When I tell you to save your money and book elsewhere please heed this advice. This property is run down and inoperable and still calls itself a report. We won’t be back.

An honest review
I love the Hyatt brands, only this resort if you stay above 1st level, you may have a very long walk to an elevator, especially if your on the 4th level. Not senior friendly. As trip advisor asks me,I'm lengthening my review.be aware of where your room is at. You may have to walk a long way to get to the front lobby
