Arrival
Ari at arrival was awesome and so helpful!! He made sure to help unload all my bags and made me feel welcomed. He checked back in with me to make sure I knew where to self park and that my luggage made it to my room. I felt overwhelmed arriving and so thankful for the staff and especially Ari.

Hyatt San Antonio
Amazing place, from the food to the accommodations, down to the staff. As soon as you arrive - the valet staff is amazing. Ask for Ali, wonderful guy, wonderful resort. I would go back any time. Well worth the drive from Austin or any surrounding area.

Great Place for Convention
Great rooms that looked new, food for our convention was fantastic using local produce, bars made really good drinks, restaurants were 5 Star, service and food was excellent. Easy to get rideshare to local riverwalk for dinner and entertainment.

Beautiful resort with great amenities
They have the best lazy river I've ever been in and the pool area with other amenities (water slide, flow rider, etc) was very well laid out! I would definitely comes back to this Hyatt. My room was extremely clean, comfortable, and it had a great shower. I was visiting for a conference and their conference areas are nicely laid out with nice adjacent outdoors areas for dining, cocktails, etc. If I had to crtiquie anything, it would be the prices in the cafe, and the golf course conditions were pretty bad relative to the $80+/- greens fee with a handful of temporary tee boxes and greens (the regular greens were nice, rolled true, but very firm & fast rolling at a 11-14) due to the construiction taking place (March 2025). Their signage says it will be completed Summer of 2025 but based on current progress they will not hit that target date. However, once their remodel out by the golf course is complete I'm sure it will be amazing!!

Meh.
It was okay… food was average, service was wonderful. Not enough capacity for activities so there was nothing for the children to do. We ended up treating it like a regular hotel and had to create our own entertainment while paying a resort fee. The elevator was broken the whole weekend. I expected more.
