Hotel and M lounge always a great experience!
Always a great stay. Rooms are spacious and always very clean. Rachel in the M lounge is exceptional! Her customer service is amazing and she's always attentive to keeping everything well stocked. Hotel staff are pleasant and free shuttle to Hobby airport is a bonus!

Awesome Service!!!!
Our flight was delayed due to weather and Nishia was AMAZING at getting us booked and comfy for the duration of our stay. She was very kind and helpful!! Our room was very nice and the bed felt amazing. We love that the shuttle runs 24hrs and the atmosphere is so wonderful!

I was having a terrible travel day. I ended up staying the night at the Marriot South by Houston Hobby airport after missing my connection flight. Nishia at the front desk made be feel incredibly taken care of! She helped me book my room, provided me water and a voucher for breakfast and explained everything I needed to know about the restaurant, shuttle, and breakfast. I would definitely come back to this hotel next time I have a layover in Houston.

Reward Points wasted
I regret to say that my recent stay at Marriott Houston Hobby Hotel was marred by a lack of effective customer service, primarily due to the management of Mr. Charles Watts. I used all of my Marriott Rewards points for a one-night stay, and I was looking forward to a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. When I encountered an issue during my stay, I reached out to Mr. Watts for assistance. Instead of receiving the support I needed, I found him to be extremely rude and insensitive to my concerns. His dismissive attitude only added to my frustration during an already unpleasant situation. In hopes of resolving the matter, I also contacted Marriott customer service after my stay. However, I was disappointed to find that no one followed up with me regarding my experience or the issues I faced during my stay. This lack of communication and care is unacceptable, especially from a brand that prides itself on customer service. I sincerely hope that improvements are made in handling customer experiences in the future.

A top Marriott 👏 one of the best
Very clean and well maintained. Room was great neat and clean . Service was excellent. I am a platinum elite lifetime and would recommend this as a place to stay. Read a couple of disparaging comments, can't be real. they have a great M room, good restaurant and very large workout room
