A small jewel
A great location, lovely rooms and excellent service, along with a spa and incredible terrace… the Hotel Indigo checks every box the right way.

Modern, clean, with attentive staff
Hotel is impeccably clean from the lobby, restaurant to the room’s bathroom. Pillow menu was available and staff rapidly provided what you request. Prosecco was provided complimentary on arrival as well. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. There is maintenance work on the street outside the hotel but we had no issues with Uber or local Taxi services. It is within walking to some local sites, but >30 minute walk to Colosseum. The breakfast at the hotel was quite impressive for Italy and included many quality offerings.

A Jewel on Via Giulia
Even though repair work on Via Guilia has disrupted the entry/walkway/street to the hotel, they seem to be carrying on nicely. We've traveled to Rome at least 10 times and this is one of our very favorite hotels. The location is wonderful; walking distance to so many landmarks. The staff is top-notch! We'd like to give a shout-out to Hannah, who, despite our arriving late one night, after dinner, was more than willing to try to make unusual cocktails and just generally make us comfortable. This trip, we had a quirky, yet wonderful, room - with a little stairway in it (bathroom and entryway, down; bedroom up). It was quiet and the bed was great. We opted not to have breakfast at the hotel (wish it were included, but okay that it wasn't); we found THE GREATEST croissants (cornettos) at a little coffee shop up the street. We'd stay here again and again!

Short holiday in Rome
My wife and I arrived for a short 5 day stay in Rome with some friends from Australia. We had no idea where we were staying and the location of the hotel was perfect for getting to all the main venues around Rome yet quite away from the busyness of Rome. The staff had upgraded us to a bigger room due to our IHG status which was perfect given our luggage. On the first day my wife also had a massage in the spa at the hotel. The room was comfortable and getting the bigger bathroom was very useful. We found the staff at the hotel friendly and courteous. The amenities were very clean and modern and the room very comfortable.

My favorite hotel in Rome
This is the best hotel in Rome, located on the quiet and beloved Via Giulia, a block from the Tiber, and near to all of Rome's greatest sights. Add to that immaculate well-decorated rooms, delicious breakfasts, a spacious and well-furnished rooftop terrace overlooking towers and cupolas, an enclosed outdoor patio, and the gracious and welcoming Antonio, Franco and Orietta at the front desk, and you have a perfect storm of hotel greatness. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.
