    Amazing customer service, Hugo our bartender was amazing, professional, fast and helpful. I would recommend everyone to come and try this bar. Drinks were perfect and the bar atmosphere was great! Very clean bar and area. Wine was perfect and my other drinks were pour perfectly.

    Hotel Indigo DTLA!!!

    Hannah … Hotel Indigo’s bartender, beautiful girl who is extremely attentive and makes the best cocktails there is in downtown LA is THE BEST!!! She’s been here since the building has been here … but yet she looks about 24 years old! GUS … Customs Relations / Restaurant Manager is so informative of the foods the ingredients the taste of each dish within their menu. JUST DELICIOUS!!! Healthy foods within a Hotel is unheard of until you’ve visited Hotel Indigo!!! This was my first visit here and it will not be my last. I will continue to book here as long as the staff is as kind and attentive as they are. Thank you Hotel Indigo of DTLA!!!!

    An oasis in the concrete jungle

    An unexpected treasure in Downtown Los Angeles! I love their staff...very kind and highly professional. The hotel is very modern and the vibe is sexy-cool. The location is minutes away from entertainment venues. Will definitely be returning for future getaways!

    Helpful Staff!

    Love the hotel! We had super fast check in and quick valet parking. Room is clean and very large. Beds are super comfy. Lawrence was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He answered all of our questions and had an upbeat and inviting attitude.

    Modern & perfect location hotel for LA trip

    This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at Hote Indigo. It’s clean, it’s modern, and the location has been perfect for my destinations downtown. The pool area has a great vibe and is super close to things I want to do downtown. The staff has all be very friendly and accommodating for early and late check out.
