    Disappointing Stay

I rarely leave negative reviews (and have stayed in Vegas many times), but our recent stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We paid an extra $20 per room for early check-in (two rooms total), yet still had only one person working the front desk, which resulted in a 30+ minute wait just to check in. I had already checked in online and attempted to use the kiosk, but was told we had to stand in line so the front desk could assign the adjoining rooms we were promised over the phone and through the text concierge. After all that, we still did not receive adjoining rooms. To be fair, the cocktail waitress offering champagne to guests in line was a nice touch—and honestly the only positive part of the check-in experience. The rooms were spacious but dated, with chipped paint on furniture and a general sense of wear. As soon as we got to the rooms, we realized they were located right by the road and monorail, resulting in constant noise all night long—no sleep whatsoever. The hallways and carpet were dirty, which only added to the disappointment. The worst part by far was the elevator situation. It appeared that only a few elevators were functioning, resulting in crowds of people waiting 30+ minutes just to go up or down. Guests resorted to riding elevators up just to eventually come back down. When I expressed concerns about overcrowded elevators and safety, the response from the text concierge was sarcastic and unhelpful, telling me to simply “don’t get on a crowded elevator.” I was also told this is normal on crowded dates- I've been in Vegas on extremely crowded dates and that was not the case in MGM properties. We asked if we could be moved to another Caesars property, and were basically told we could handle that ourselves. Fortunately, we transferred to Paris, where service was significantly better, the hotel was cleaner, and we had no elevator issues at all. Sadly, I cannot recommend this property based on our experience. There are better options within the Caesars brand nearby—you just shouldn’t have to work this hard to enjoy your stay.

    Great location, Terrible elevators

This hotel is at most a 3 star hotel. The elevators don’t function and therefore the ones thst are working are full. Takes 30 minutes to get down from the room to the lobby. The main entrance was also closed, and therefore we had to enter the hotel from parking. You get what you pay for. Location is excellent though.

    Best location

My husband and I stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was a pleasant place to stay. We have stayed there before several times before the remodel but it seems they only remodeled the casino. The rooms have not been touched at all but they were clean. We were disappointed in the slot selection and there were some that were down the whole time we were there. The staff was very nice as well. We stayed in a suite that was very spacious and the bed was decent. The bathroom was a good size and it also had a separate makeup table. Our room also had a wet bar which was nice. There were many food options from a steak house to a deli and then there was also a food court. The best part of staying there was the location because it is center strip and also is attached to Paris Hotel and Casino.
