    Location, Location, Location

    The hotel and casino are great. I like to stay at the Horseshoe because of the competitive rates and central location on the strip. I usually spend my days at other hotels within the Caesar's family because I like the restaurants and sports betting better.

    Oasis is waiting

    I have stayed on the strip multiple nights the last few years. As a diamond rewards member I always pick a hotel in the network. My favorite is the Horseshoe. The rooms are clean and comfortable and you don’t have to walk a mile to get there. There are many food choices both upscale and casual. Bobby’s milk shakes are to die for. The selection of games is excellent. The staff are very friendly especially the staff at the diamond check in. They are one of my reasons for my loyalty. Checking in there is an oasis in a sea of chaos. The Horseshoe is a great place to vacation and staycation.

    Great night out for our family

    great place to stay at! I believe we had the handicapped room because my mom uses a wheelchair to get around. She enjoyed her Queen size bed so much! Had a great sleep. Enjoyed the spa like soap and shampoo that was offered in our bathroom. Jose Eber? Yes please, great product Nice view of the Bellagio fountains that I watched several times. Lavazza coffee is really good, nice and smooth brew definitely a positive experience, will come again Thank you Horseshoe

    Dirty and NO AC

    Room was dirty. Don’t run your finger over the top of your TV! Our room was also in the high 80s and in 2 days we stayed here it would not cool down. Standard check in line was long. Casino is strong on cigarette smell. Overall very unhappy with this particular Caesars property.

    Love the property.

    5 star for the room cleanliness, but 3 star for sheets its more 200 counts and only 2 pillows per bed. 5 star for price. 3 star for the hallway carpet not so clean on our 11 floor anyway. The last time i stayed here in a higher and it was 5 star all way except for sheets.
