Clean, but pricey
The room was clean and comfortable, and we got a decent night's sleep before our flight back home. However, there is nothing near the hotel, so you have to go into Zurich proper or eat at the hotel. Prices at the hotel are exorbitant. We were exhausted after a day of travel from Tuscany, so didn't want to travel any more so we had a drink at the hotel and dinner. Two drinks in the bar came out to around 35 CHF. A club sandwich was over 30! The airport shuttle is only free from the airport to the hotel, once they have you there, they'll charge 7 to get back. Some of the front-desk personnel were friendly, but others were bordering on rude.

Nice room
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Mornings with a delicious breakfast spread, and shuttle bus to the airport was a convenient in every hour. The view from my room is tree wall look nice i like it. The staff is okay. It good place to stay.

Clean and comfy hotel.
This staff is really nice, The room is clean With Comfy bed, pillow and blanket. All facilities are in the in good condition And the breakfast is really great. I come here so often and feel good every time. After a long-haul flight This hotel Can make my day.

Family overnight before flight
Pleasant hotel. The gentlemen on arrival were very helpful The room was excellent. They have a fee for the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle to the hotel is free from Arrivals 1 running at 00 and :30 each hour. Transport leaves you with quite a walk. There is a very nice Executive Lounge near the lobby. The family suite is wonderful with two bathrooms.

Outdated, run down, unclean
How this hotel has 4.5 stars is beyond me. My family and I are Hilton Honors members. This is by far the worst Hilton that I have ever stayed in. I’m not certain if this hotel is franchise or corporate, but it screams franchise. The rooms are extremely outdated, but beyond that, our room was not cleaned properly. There was a food trash bag left on the floor from the previous guest. The facial tissue box had literally 2 tissues in it. The was only one towel in the room. The shower door was not clean and had soap scum on it. The tub was patched with plaster (likely from cracks or a leak) and the maintenance team did not even bother to paint the tub to cover the plaster on the floor of the tub. The sink was stained brown as if the housekeeping staff has failed to clean the sink between guests. There was a gouge in the wall paper/drywall for which maintenance could have at least reglued the wall paper back to the wall. This is the absolute worst Hilton and Hilton brand stay that we have ever had and we have stayed at Hiltons across the North America (in major cities and countries such as DC, NY, Chicago, San Francisco, San Diego, Atlanta, Mexico and Canada), France, Holland, London, Germany, and Jamaica. To make this even worse, I have an immediate family member that worked directly for Hilton for 14 years and has direct experience in ensuring Hilton standard specifications across Hilton and their sister brands. While the staff were nice and approachable, that was the only positive thing about this stay. Those who have rated this hotel more than 3 stars clearly have no expectation of what the Hilton standard should be.
