OUTSTANDING! Great staff, superb breakfast, very clean rooms and lobby, breathtaking views!
I am giving this a 5-star review due to the incredibly friendly staff, super clean, and all in all top tier service for all requests. The bartender, Ivan, was particularly amazing. I had requested any drink of choice that involved alcohol with Switzerland (as it was my first time in the country). He proceeded to create a cocktail that I found to be not only great, but one of the best I’ve ever had. It was a simple but complex drink involving gin. I cannot remember the name of it but he made my stay so much better. The continental breakfast in the morning was also superb including an omelet chef and several items to cater to all diets. HIGHLY recommend for anyone staying in the Zurich area especially if you are on an overnight layover.

Excellent customer service. Big kudos to the Duty Manager, Fahim. He was professional and courteous during check in. Horizon 10 restaurant service was great as well. From check in to check out, I had no problem. I highly recommend staying at Hilton Zurich Airport hotel.

HILTON next to the Airport is offering a lot for a good stay. But some negative things have happened and need to get improved.
We have stayed in this Hotel March, 10th in 2025. CHECK-IN: It was done professionell from Mr. Drescher. Room 354: The room with Double Bed has had a Bathroom with Bathtub and integrated Whirlpool and separated Shower Room. The windows are not soundproof good enough. We were able to here the Airplanes. The Design and ambiance is more a 3 Star Rating. The Washbasin is too small and the fittings are uncomfortable. We needed to leave the room because of having an early flight at 4:30 a.m. We were fully dressed and were holding our suitcases in our hands to leave the room when suddenly a very loud noise came out of the Bathroom. Without having touched the Whirlpool started without water. A small lamp was shining from the switcher what he already has done when we have arrived in the afternoon of March, 10th. So it wasn't our fault. Thanks God I was able to switch it off within Seconds. The RESTAURANT named HORIZON 10 was good and so was the Service. I have rated it separately with 4 Stars. LOUNGE The Lounge on the 4th floor was poor. At 6:00 p.m. all food got removed. The ambiance was poor as well. CHECK-OUT: It was a nightmare. I would have rated it separately with 1 Star. Upon arrival a young Lady with blond hair was unable to understand and has had problems with English and German language. I have asked for my Taxi to the Airport which I have ordered at Mr. Drescher the early evening before. She became irritated and has told me that the order was cancelled. Then she ordered a new Taxi. I have asked her if she will inform me when the Taxi will arrive because other guests were also waiting in front of the door. In the meantime many other guests appeared at the reception while she always went away to a room behind the reception. Several guests needed to ring the bell to get her back at work. Finally I have asked if the Taxi has arrived because I saw on the Monitor that a Car has arrived in front of the Hotel. The Hotel has offered a Flatrate from the Airport to the Hotel at a price of 20 CHF. But the TAXAMETER has shown a price of 19€... That should be improved. Is this price also available from the Hotel to the Airport? It wasn't written. So I have paid 22 CHF... Some things in this Hotel needed to be improved.

Excellent stay at Hilton Zurich airport
I always have a great stay here at Hilton Zurich Good and quick service. My last evening I enjoyed a very good filet in the restaurant served on a hot stone. My excellent waiter Daniel Mostero made my dinner perfect. He was so customer oriented and professional. Hilton Zurich, please keep these talented employees and I will come back.

Worst Hilton in the world or at least in Switzerland. Avoid at all costs…
Worst Hilton in the world, whatever you do try to avoid this hotel. It is so bad in every way. From the old and smelly rooms to the awful customer service and so on. I left my silver plated shaving blade set and came back in about 4 hours after I checked out. It was already gone forever. I would say any other hotel in Zurich is much better choice.
