    A Perfect Respite from Traumatic Travel

    We had to overnight in Zurich because we missed our connection. The Hilton was such a lovely place to stay. The front desk staff upgraded our room. The bed was so comfortable and the bedding was lovely. They suggested a trail and we went out for a perfect walk to a nearby village. We enjoyed fondue and chocolate lava cake for dinner!

    Hotel nice; service not so nice

    Nice facilities; close to ZRH with shuttle every 30 mins. Terrible check in experience — took over 20 mins (beyond time in queue). Had booked using points so maybe that was the reason but I had to repeatedly show them the Hilton confirmation email on my iPhone. Multiple front desk people struggled with the process. I asked for an explanation of the issue but didn’t get one or an apology, for that matter. Dead cockroaches in room make me feel as though I’m in Miami. Swiss hotels are no longer what they were 20 years ago.

    A wanderful stay!

    My family and I stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it. The staff were nice and professional, particularly at reception. We were given a warm welcome. We had a nice greeting from Mr Bali at check-in who assisted us throughout our stay.

    Our flight home from Zurich, Switzerland

    Conveniently located 7 minutes from the Zurich airport. If you want to go into downtown Zurich or old town Zurich, there is a train station within walking distance from the hotel. This hotel is a far distance from both old town and downtown Zurich. The room was spacious, but dated. You have to pay for bottled water that they have in the room. The shuttle to and from the airport isn't complimentary, it costs around 5 Francs each way.
