Wish I could give higher score, but the whole service from beginning to end has been lacking
The pool is really great and as diamond member you get lounge access . However after staying at 13 different Hilton hotels the past 2 months my expectations where higher, the staff don’t give much service, almost feel uncomfortable when speaking English and we maybe got bad luck having staff that felt so uncomfortable that we felt uncomfortable to make us understood. I deducted point due old hotel, such as still using dvds in the rooms instead of having an easy used menu on the tv, underperforming service compared to other Japanese Hilton hotels. At the breakfast you get a diamond tag, that usually will give you some benefits but for some reason nothing was given even asking the staff, they just told us everything is self serving. The swimmingpool and lounge are really great facilities and as all Japanese hotels we stayed the cleaning standards are high, but during this season they won’t give much service.

Royal Garden Suite Review
I booked a King Terrace Suite which is still currently my favorite suite in Japan and likely my favorite anywhere as of writing. During online check in I noticed that the upgrade to the Royal Garden Suite, the hotel’s top end suite, was available and fairly reasonable so I decided to take the plunge and experience something new. Measuring 200 sq. m, this is easily the largest suite I have ever stayed in. The suite is on the northeastern side of the top floor and features an entrance hall with double doors, a side secondary restroom and storage area. The double doors beyond the entrance hall lead to a massive living room/den/dining area. The dining table can easily accommodate 8 people. There is also a dry bar in the dining area side with a bar refrigerator that can seat 3 people at a time. Across from the dry bar is a door leading to the titular “royal garden.” More on this later. The den area has sofas and chairs surrounding the tv that can accommodate 6 people. On the southern side of the den is a door leading to a kitchen with range, full size refrigerator, microwave, and a secondary exit to the public hallway. There are also 2 chairs by a small table facing the northern windows of the den so 2 people can enjoy the amazing view of Tokyo Bay. All of the windows on the northern side of the suite are openable which lead to a long, thin balcony that runs along the perimeter of the northern side of the suite. West of the den is the bedroom featuring twin beds. On the southern side of the bedroom is a work area and desk. West, beyond the bedroom is the bathroom featuring a double size whirlpool, double sinks, and a spacious shower with double shower heads and waterfall showers. The whirlpool is situated in the center so that one may enjoy the view of Tokyo Tower while in the bath. South of the bathroom is the toilet room as well as a separate vanity mirror, full size mirror, and closet for storage. Next to the vanity area is a tertiary exit to the public hall. As mentioned earlier, the suite is situated on the northeastern side of the top floor, affording you the hotel’s absolute best view. You can see further east into Odaiba, a perfect view of Tokyo Tower, and further west toward Shimbashi. The titular “royal garden” of this suite is, in truth, one of the terraces that occupy the edges of the top 5 floors of this hotel. However, this terrace does not have an outside whirlpool and lacks a deck. This is made up by the double size whirlpool in the bathroom however my honest impression is that it’s a bit disappointing that the royal garden is little more than a private grassy square surrounded by a hedge. As usual, I enjoyed breakfast in the lobby restaurant which was good however I prefer the breakfast and other services in the executive lounge. The Hilton Odaiba’s executive lounge has become my preferred lounge in Tokyo. On this stay I also took the opportunity to finally enjoy the spa and pool area. While the pool is indeed nice, my preference is the dry and steam saunas as well as the jacuzzi with an outside extension. It was through the jacuzzi I was able to satisfy my desire for a warm outside dip with Odaiba’s view that I didn’t get in the royal garden suite due to the lack of an outside whirlpool. My final impression of this suite is that, of course, it’s a luxurious and amazingly spacious suite. One can easily host a private party, event, or business meeting here. A large family or group would also be fine. There are enough amenities that you could live here if you so desired, budget permitting. Of course, such a huge suite is completely unnecessary for a solo traveler like me. It was an interesting experience but unless you’re morbidly curious like me, I would not consider such a suite unless your group is 4 or more.

STAY AWAY - SO MANY OTHER OPTIONS IN TOKYO
Extremely disappointing stay at Hilton Tokyo Odaiba. Most alarming is the presence of visible mold on the bathroom ceiling - a serious hygiene concern unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a supposed 5-star establishment. This issue alone is a major red flag. The hotel's decor is shockingly outdated, stuck in the 1970s from lobby to rooms. A $40/person pool fee is excessive and unprecedented. Aside from the decor, room problems are numerous: hard beds, and an antiquated, confusing control panel for electronics. The mold issue compounds these concerns, raising questions about overall cleanliness and maintenance. Noise insulation is poor - every movement from upstairs is audible, and street noise (including racing bikes) penetrates the room. Service falls well below typical Japanese standards. Staff not properly trained in English communications. Communication barriers with staff made simple tasks like booking a spa treatment unnecessarily difficult (didn’t get one in the end btw). Late checkout was poorly handled, with staff struggling to provide a proper printed receipt. Took two people to resolve this. Luggage assistance was significantly delayed - what was supposed to be 3-5 mins assistance turned into 20 mins. One more thing - the buffet dinner at the hotel is absolutely atrocious! We had a really long day and just wanted to have something quickly and head back to rest in the room. Thought buffet would be a good option. The food was cold and very, very limited options. And they really don’t taste good at all. The Japanese food options were relatively acceptable but other than day, NO. The mall next door is rather bizarre. The area's attempt at an "American" theme, complete with a Statue of Liberty replica, feels oddly out of place. Also discovered that not many shops accept tapping your Apple wallet to check out but require physical card. Only positives: spacious rooms and nice balcony views, but these don't compensate for the numerous drawbacks, especially the mold issue. This hotel is not up to 5-star or Hilton standards. I would not recommend staying here unless absolutely necessary for specific events in the area. For a work trip lasting six nights, this was a regrettable experience from check-in to checkout, with the bathroom mold being a particular low point.

Great Hotel on the Harbor.
This hotel is clean and quiet. A 1 minute walk to the train, 1 stop from the cruise terminal. The views at night looking out over the harbor are awesome. Checkin was great, Executive Lounge is fine (ot great), This is a DIsney hotel, so lots of kids. The mall is 50 yeards away with lots of shops and places to eat.

How all Hiltons Should Be - Best Hilton by a Country Mile
This has to be one of the, if not THE BEST Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in. Super clean, nothing is a problem at all, the staff are perfectly trained, incredibly professional. It was a distinct pleasure 24/7, it puts ALL the Hilton Hotels in the USA to shame, not one Hilton in the USA that I have experienced comes any where near the quality, professionalism and value for money that this hotel offers. The best bit when compared to the USA, nobody, but nobody, has their hands out for a tip, its like a breath of fresh air, this level of professionalism and service really puts to shame how much the Hilton brand has sunk in the USA. The rooms are serviced every day, without you having to ask!! - unlike the USA!! It is a pleasant hotel, lovely restaurants, great views from the rooms, great location for business and touring Tokyo, there is a metro literally connected to the hotel and it has to be the cleanest metro on the planet, and great value for money. The exec lounge is well looked after, very popular so get in early, the on site restaurants are excellent and pretty good value for money. Great bar, good service - this is the second time I have visited and I will be visiting again For business, highly recommended and just being a tourist also highly recommended
