Hilton Sydney is a factory and not the best. It is cold gigantic and you feel the lack of human touch. They put us in a room that was known as noisy, 2 drinks is insulting compensation for the hassle of repacking. If you want special coffee during breakfast in such an expensive hotel, you have to pay extra. Low value for money.

Feb 07, 2026Great Staff Minimalist rooms
We were in Sydney for our foundation’s conference. We had stayed at this hotel 5 previous times. They have a new executive lounge and we stayed in one of the new rooms on the 36th floor. The staff were very pleasant, especially Patrick who worked our conference. He was so professional and kind. Also Pedro in the lounge was exceptional assisting my wife and I. We had a good stay, and hosted a business dinner in the Glass Brassiere restaurant. The food and the service were very good. Although we stayed there several hours, the staff never gave the impression it was a problem. Very appreciative for their kindness. The rooms are tastefully decorated, but our executive room was on the small side. I spent 20,000k on our 1 day event and although I was willing to pay for a suite, non were available. Our room did not provide nearly enough closet space for business travelers. A very small 2 places to hang suits isn’t adequate for people travelling on a three week business trip. I am afraid that Hilton is turning away from professional business travelers and becoming more of a minimalist hotel.

I felt welcome. Highly recommended. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and very helpful service. I had a very pleasant experience at Hilton. The staff were professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciated their support in helping me charge my phone — a small gesture that meant a lot. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. Excellent service and great hospitality. Great customer service and great location
I had just about given up on Hilton after a couple of reason bad experiences at other places, but I have to say that the customer service at the Hilton Sydney was really outstanding. I received texts from the staff during my day asking how everything was going and if I needed anything. Everyone was so helpful and it is a great location so definitely a great place to stay in central Sydney.

Worst possible service. Most unhygienic place.. One if the pics is of a plate from their breakfast counter.. it wasn't even washed properly.. Pathetic room condition (junior suite), Totally ruined our holiday.
