Signia pool resteraunt review
"We had a fantastic dining experience at Signia, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waiter, Mariano. From the moment we were seated, Mariano was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. He knew the menu inside and out—his recommendations were spot-on and he made sure every detail of our order was perfect. It’s rare to find service that is this efficient while still being so friendly. If you are dining at Signia, I highly recommend asking for Mariano's section. He truly elevated our experience!"

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. We stayed here in Jan 2026 and we were very disappointed
This hotel is advertise as a five star resort and it falls far short of that. we were locked out of our room on five different occasions sometimes for more than an hour while they try to sort out keys the safe the fridge and the Parking and shower all 40 in one of our adjoining rooms to be fair to Mgt, they did come and quick fix them. The food service in the restaurant was slow. The food arrived called on a number of occasions overall we found the interior of the hotel to be not to a five star quality. I made a number of complaints via the front desk but was surprised when a manager never contacted me. They did however give us a $400 discount on the room which was a nice gesture. We won’t be staying with Hilton again I’m afraid to say.

Official disney hotel does not deliver
We stayed two nights from Jan 1 to 3, and chose this hotel as it offers early park admission by 30 Minutes before other non Disney resort guests. This was peak time for the parks, so that extra hour was inportant to us. They also provide free shuttle to the Disney transportation center and this service is outsourced to Meer. On Jan 2, Park was opening at 8 am and early entry started at 7:30 am. 1. Very disappointment with this morning bus servixe (we should have just driven and paid for the parking at the Disney). Two large buses arrive at 7 am and left around 7:19 am after filling up guests. We arrived at the Disney transportation center at 7:30 am. Then we had to take another Disney bus or monorail to reach the park and then walk through the park. We reached the early entry area of the park around 8 am, thereby costing us extra two hours of wait time in the lines. These buses need to arrive at the hotel atleast 60 minutes before early entry time (not 30 Minutes). 2. Self parking is $42 per day at this hotel, and your room key is activated to get in and out of their garage and amount is added to your folio. On Jan 3, we were in hurry to drive to Tampa airport and key did not work to let us out. I pressed the “call button” on the key pad and it rings at the front desk. There was a staff member at the front desk. It he did not bother to answer that call to open the garage. I had to ask other cars behind me to back up, so I that did not block their progress. I parked the car, walked to the front desk and explained. He told me that key sometimes does not work (well, answer the call button promptly if this is the case). He asked to go back and exit and press the “call” button and he will open the garage for me since I had already paid for two nights parking. Basically, front desk hardly picks up the phone, they want you to interact with them via text. 3. As Hilton Diamond very cheap $15 pp credit is given towards breakfast. In Europe and Asia, similar hotels graciously provide full breakfast Buffett to diamond members. Everything else is fine, pools, lazy river, rooms etc.

Super!
Our experience at Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek had always been fantastic! We have stayed here with our family numerous times and keep coming back. The hotel has everything we could ask for especially the restaurant, LaLuce. The food is excellent, the selections are varied and the service is fabulous! Our server, Stefan, accommodated our family of 9 and made our dining experience superb. The hostesses, Camila and Vera were understanding and kind even as we changed our reservation several times. All in all, we highly recommend LaLuce, Stefan, Camila, Vera and the Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek in Orlando Florida!
