    Travel Day Turned Better

    I’m so happy I chose to stay here! All the services I received were great but I do want to give a shoutout to Michael the bellman! My flight kept on being delayed so I already wasn’t in the happiest of moods. Michael greeted us with a smile and instantly offered to help with our bags and we had quite the amount of bags. He got to know our family and even gave us restaurant recommendations that suited all of us. He also gave recommendations for places that are perfect with our little ones and for the adults to do all together. He wished us a great stay. It’s these little things that made our travel 10x better

    Stuck in Orlando

    My husband and I were delayed in Orlando after a wedding for three days. Signia went out of their way to help us have a place to sleep. Justin at reception was wonderful. The hotel also acknowledged our gold status and helped us with a very stressful situation. The room was clean. Pool was great. Nice bar and Starbucks coffee on site. Thank you.

    Erica C was our waitress, and she truly made our night so special—especially for our daughter’s 2nd birthday. She went above and beyond by bringing out ice cream with a lit candle, singing to her, and even recording our daughter’s reaction. It meant so much to us and made the celebration unforgettable! 🥰

    Delicious dinner at La Luce

    Standout cauliflower salad to start, and a beautiful pesto pasta with potatoes, asparagus, and peas. The meal was so flavorful & delicious! Our server, Stefan, was elegant and gentile - the perfect amount of attentiveness…he made our evening memorable and enjoyable. You will not be disappointed if you make this your dining choice while at the Signia/Waldorf complex.
