I will never stay at this hotel again (there are far too many others to sample without going back to a bad experience and hope it's better second time around). The concierge (?), an older, maybe Australian man, was one of the rudest and most unhelpful staff members I have met in Hospitality. He is setting the hotel up for critique like this, leading by awful example - although by the embarrassed looks and rolling eyes of the other staff they don't buy into his style. Whether for business or leisure, a hotel stay should be a pleasure - it was far from it. This attitude was directed at anyone that he came into contact with during three days that we were around for. We even spent our valuable time away making sure we were not in his sights! Very stressful People skills 0 Helpfullness 0 Professionality 0 Awful man awful attitude. If his own life is tough atm, maybe take some time off or at least stay away from guests

Ideally located near Shepherds Bush tube station. This has become my go to hotel when staying in London. Great value for money, superb breakfast and the most customer focused team that I have met. Nothing is too much bother and always willing to find a solution.

Large clean hotel in a good location. Room is compact but has everything you need. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall good value and would happily stay here again.

Worst Hilton globally. Surprised it is even 3.6/5
This is guaranteed to be the most awful hotel you may stay in London. As a Diamond member who has complained on many previous visits I walked in thinking not again! But oh yes. Not only was the third room I was offered disgusting, unsafe and dirty, but the customer service is the worst you will get in any Hilton worldwide. Look at the pics and choose any other hotel.

good location for my business trip as a Hilton Gold member good experience last time but this time it was complete mess! 1. check In via App did not work 2. got an old room with shabby furniture. 3. it was promised twice from front desk to look for replacement after showing them the attached picture. 4. no upgrade offered 6. the food at the bar was almost cold. the waitress hesitated to warm it up again. 7. it took more than 7 minutes and a lot of discussion to get the receipt with the right company address of mine although i stayed there also 2 month ago. Next time new hotel, different chain
