Dec 16, 2024The Hotel that is getting soul transformation.
Well, getting better and better. I'm staying recently almost every week in Hilton Kensington. And good over 10 years I was able to observe ups and downs over there... Now... where is the secret? Simply in good mnagement. It's really nice to be treated like a part of the family there. I feel like they really taking care of me. Beautiful, patience, understanding and able to solve any problem.. Who? Kasia, Marzena, Giada and Savannah... Ask for any of them, tey always ready to help. I'm not really good with remembering the names... pity, as there are more fantastic people running the front of the house. Bless them all.

Good stay
We had an enjoyable stay Like at check in fantastic very friendly and helpful Bar staff excellent Room was fine not that big but it’s London so Expect Good location for Westfield 94 bus will take to Piccadilly Circus / selfridges etc Breakfast ok could be improved as with buffets The hot food is not the best Missed the executive lounge please open it ! Thanks to all that made are stay enjoyable

Ideal location and amazing staff
Great location. Went to see friends and the Xmas lights. 5 min from shepherds bush tube station and Westfield shopping centre, and a lidl, very smooth professional check in. Welcoming staff. Great breakfast. Lots of choice. Highly recommend, hopefully see you soon. Lovely Xmas tree

Dec 06, 2024Terrible Nights Sleep 😴 Rude Night Room Service Staff Inadequate Room......
Where to start we were in a room with one double bed which wasn't very comfortable, as my daughter is blind with additional needs she needs her own space so it wasn't ideal! The room was adequately clean it was a little small though, and the facilities for an accessible room were definitely not there! Also the room service staff were rude and unhelpful and the food not as advertised, I waited over an hour before calling room service to find out what was happening? Only to be told abruptly that he was about to call me and tell me there was a delay due to a problem in the kitchen? eventually my food was delivered again he was rude and unhelpful! I even had to borrow his pen as there wasn't one provided in my room, this was to fill in my breakfast order and as I felt rushed I put the wrong time and missed part of my order off too! So after a cold 🥶 nights sleep as the fan was pumping out cold air all night! and there was no heaters provided either it wasn't a pleasent stay at all! Which is a shame as my previous stay in May 2023 was the complete opposite? Also the night room service tray wasn't even clean? however the morning room service was excellent and the gentleman polite friendly and courteous!

Hotel is conveniently located, making it a good base for exploring the city. The check-in experience was fantastic—efficient and welcoming, setting a great tone for the stay. However, the rooms were small and felt a bit dated, which was slightly disappointing. The dining experience left much to be desired; I tried the pizza at the restaurant, and unfortunately, the taste wasn’t up to par. Overall, the stay was okay, but there’s room for improvement, particularly in the food and room updates.
