Great hotel and Staff

The hotel is in Shepherds Bush/Kensington. Close to shopping and about 20 minutes by subway to Central London. Housekeeping was fantastic. Check-in was simple.Staff was great. I recommend booking through the Hilton App as I was informed by Hilton that was a requirement to gain-points

Amazing weekend break

We have just had another amazing weekend stay at this hotel. The staff are just so friendly and we spend a lot of time in the avenue bar where Sabi and his team including Laura are just so helpful friendly and make the experience so much more than it should be. We will definitely be returning.

Great hotel

Great hotel, good location, excellent professional and friendly reception staff, however disappointing quality of room service. I arrived at the hotel quite late and ordered a burger from the room service menu. However it was disappointing and overpriced

Amazing customer service from Ella

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night and was always welcomed by a young lady called Ella, her friendly customer service and smile is amazing and she is a true asset to the hotel. She always greets and says farewell to the guests from what I experienced and all the staff treat her very well and have time for her which is amazing to see!

Very good

Late night stay whilst on business, staff were excellent, room was a little tired but very comfortable, quiet and warm, with free water, coffee, tea & biscuits! Breakfast was very good and plenty of everything with an excellent choice. Recommend and would 100% stay again!
