    Close to everything, good size room

    This hotel is in a great location International market place which now has a new target store is just across the road, also Waikiki Market on the second floor next door has a great range of fresh food worth checking out, there is also a convenience store at the end of the hotel. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was enough room to be comfortable. There is a trolley stop close by if you want to catch trolley to Ala Moana shopping centre. They have a pool and gym. Great hotel very convenient for International Marketplace, Nordstrom Rack, Ross dress for less and there is a great range of places to eat close by. We had a great stay at this hotel.

    Stay In The Heart of Waikīkī

    Taryn at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Maria in Housekeeping kept my room in perfect condition! This hotel is in the heart of Waikiki! Short walk to everything the area has to offer. As a Hilton Lifetime Diamond member, I highly recommend it!

    Great location

    Right place to stay when you have a baby. I love that they have microwave, laundry area, crib and a store next door for everything! Everything is accessible, across target and international market place to be exact lol One thing I just noticed is some dusty corners and lamp shades but the rest are clean. Also, during our stay there are 4 police knocking at our door at night asking for "Kiara". They waited at the door and we don't know what to say and how to react as we have a baby sleeping at that time and I'm surprised. I'm working in the hospitality industry and I don't think this is a usual procedure as this should be coordinated with the front desk or manager. I asked the front desk and they don't have any idea what is happening, seeing all the police seating at the lobby they are not aware of the situation. And the front desk should be more welcoming, smiling and accommodating.

    Guest experience

    We ran into Josie as we came out of the hotel and she was amazing! She provided us so much useful information to give us the best island experience on our first visit to O’ahu. She even went above and beyond and took group pictures of my friends and family on November 5. Thanks Josie for been so amazing and representing Hilton Garden Inn well.

    Top costumer service!!!

    Josie was extremely helpful in helping me find my air pods case among all the dirty towels of the pool. (I accidentally threw the case with my towel when I was done tanning out in the pool) That is top notch costumer service!!!! And I will be coming back to this hotel again
