Dec 02, 2025Dirty room and poor floor plan
Do NOT stay here. Location is great, and the front desk staff is wonderful, but we checked out within an hour of checking in. We had the room with two doubles and pullout sofa bed. Smallest hotel room I’ve ever been in. When you pull out the sofa bed, you can’t get in and out of the room because the bed blocks the entry and the exit to the room on top of that when we went to pull out the sofa bed, we found a poop stain on the bottom of the mattress. Needless to say we checked out right after that. The room is also very tired looking and need of renovation. Hilton is not what it used to be. My last couple of days were all disappointing across different Hilton lines.

Phoenix was an amazing instructor! I loved the atmosphere and really enjoyed getting my body moving first thing in the morning — the 8 AM class time is perfect. This was my first time doing a class like this while on vacation, and I’m already looking forward to coming back for more.

Wonderful hotel yoga class
I really enjoyed the yoga class during my stay at the hotel. Phoenix, the instructor was friendly, clear with cues, and offered great modifications for different levels. The flow was relaxing but still gave me a good stretch and light workout. It was such a peaceful way to start the day while on vacation – highly recommend!

Great gentle and relaxing yoga class with Phoenix at Hilton Garden Inn Waikiki every day from 8-9am ! Highly recommended :)

Yoga Class
Phoenix instructed the best yoga class today by the pool. She was very inspirational and it was a good way to start the day.

For each night of stay (with a fully paid resort fee) every guest room will receive 3 daily credits that can be applied towards rentals to include: Bodyboards, Paddleboards, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Beach Toys, and more! Guests reserve their rentals using their daily credits upon arrival to the resort. Other activities at Beach Candy such as Fitness Classes, Surf Lessons and more can be booked at an additional cost.
