Mar 23, 2026Great 4 day spring break stay with my 11 year old.
Overall great experience. Highlights included the lively atmosphere, ocean view from almost everywhere, volleyball games going on all the time and the newly renovated rooms. Buffet was good, not great, but the à la carte restaurants exceeded my expectations both in decor, service and food quality. The pool cafe also made amazing burgers, fries and daily bbq. One big negative, pool temperature was far too cold. Need to heat the water this time of year.

Pretty good overall
The service is incredible at this hotel. I probably wouldn’t have booked here had I had time to research as our trip corresponded with college break which made it very busy. With only one pool it was a bit difficult to get seats but I must say Tacho and his crew did their very best to accommodate us daily. They are friendly and courteous and great at their jobs! Food is outstanding and entertainment nightly was very good. Room was a bit small with no real space to put our belongings away so we had to live out of our suitcases which was a minor inconvenience. The hotel is closing for renos so I expect it’ll be much nicer when it reopens. They left birthday cake in the room for my partner. The sargassum was bad on the beach while we were there but I think it’s bad everywhere in the Caribbean this year. I would go back for the food and the service and the cleanliness!

Wilber was amazing
Wilber served us a personal celebration dinner in our room. Food was amazing. Very personable and food selection was top notch.

Jessy is our favorite Butler since 2012! She is always a step head of your needs and wants . Thoughtful and so nice. She is the reason for us booking in Cancun.♥️

Nice Resort - needs a refresh - overall nice but definitely needs some updates - Jessy was fabulous - she helped us with our requests and was very professional . Our server by the pool - name started with Ma.... - was awesome! Frieda breakfast Andres and Beto were fantastic! Angel in the Members pool area went above and beyond to help with food and drink requests - awesome job! Had a great stay - Mario in the bar was great!
