What an amazing time, can’t wait to go back. Luis and Roberto made the week so amazing. They were so tentative to our group of 26. Definitely coming back because of them!

If you’re looking for a good location in Cancún that is easy to get to from the airport with great energy this is it!
My wife and I booked a last-minute trip for Thanksgiving. We were definitely welcomed by the group at hard rock like always check-in was very easy. Our room was in a great location, everybody from our butlers Luis and Roberto to the legendary staff along with bartenders waiters and waitresses everybody makes you feel like family. It’s one of the things we love about the hard rock group and about Mexico. The location for this hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s easy to get to and from the airport. This is one of hard rocks, older locations. It is starting to show its age a little bit, but the hard rock group is remodeling and the stuff that has been done so far looks amazing. We will definitely be back in the future anybody looking for a simple resort to get to from the airport with amazing staff from front of the house to back of the house. This is somewhere that you need to consider the energy and feeling of the hard rock is felt through the entire property.

Perfect Butler's. Luis and Roberto!!!!
Luis and Roberto were AMAZING butler's! Everything was fabulous 👌 they were friendly, very quick to help with any and everything, super nice guys! They made our vacation stress-free and full of relaxation! Responded very quickly and went out of their way to make everything perfect!!!! Wonderful week spent with these two guys!!! Can't wait to vacation with them again !!!!!

Great customer service
The entire experience is always great at Hardrock Cancun. The service is the ultimate of any resort I've been to. We had a group of 26 friends and we all got the red carpet from our Butler Luis, Housekeeping, pool service, bar/restaurant service, everything from check in to check out . Definitely get more than your money worth. Had little elevator construction going on but no big delays.

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service!
Our group of six adults recently stayed at the Har Rock Hotel Cancun for five nights at the end of October. We are Legendary Vacation Club members and have visited this property several times, but not since 2019. The resort remains largely the same, but it has evolved over the years through renovations and the welcomed addition of new features and amenities. We stayed in a renovated two-bedroom Presidential Suite and a renovated ocean front king room on the fifth floor, which were both very nicely done. There are stocked mini refrigerators in the rooms, along with a variety of snacks. The air conditioning in the rooms and throughout the hotel was great, which wasn’t always the case at this resort. The resort has a beautiful pool and patio area, highlighted by a massive infinity edge pool overlooking the stunning beachfront. This area was recently renovated, and it looks great. Food and drink options at the pool or on the beach are plentiful and convenient. The pool and beach service was another highlight. Staff regularly checked on us for drinks and snacks and the refreshing cold towels and sunglasses cleaning service were nice touches! A special thank you to Caesar from the beach and Tony, Willy and Tasio from the pool area. They all provided excellent service and were a pleasure chat with! The entertainment staff ensured the atmosphere at the north end of the pool was fun and upbeat, while the south end is quieter and relaxing. There are plenty of scheduled activities throughout the day. The beach in this area of Cancun is spectacular. There are plenty of loungers and umbrellas, along with cabanas. The fall appears to be a great time to visit Cancun as the beach was immaculate with ZERO Sargassum (seaweed)! The hotel staff put on an amazing Halloween celebration, complete with a ballroom converted into a haunted house. Then they set up the same area for a Dia de los Muertos celebration and Mexican buffet the next night which was outstanding! The staff went above and beyond prepare for and host these two events, which demonstrates their commitment to providing an unforgettable experience for their guests. Additionally, the live music in the lobby bar and at the pool is something you expect to see at a Hard Rock resort and it did not disappoint. The poolside performance by the trio of Ivan, Daniel, and Daniella was excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurants. Dining options include ala carte Italian cuisine at Ciao and Asian at the completely new Zen, plus steaks at Toro and seafood at Isla Sur. Frida is buffet-style, with a vast selection for breakfast and an international buffet for lunch and dinner, including Mexican cuisine. Service was consistently friendly and efficient, and the quality of food was very good. Personally, I felt Toro was the best. A special shout out to our server Erik at Ciao and our chef Ricardo at Zen, who were both outstanding and fun! There is also now a café in the lobby that serves a variety of coffees, grab-and-go breakfast items, sandwiches, and delicious gelato. As far as bars go, the lobby bar is the highlight, where everyone gathers in the evening. There are large TVs for watching sports, live music, a DJ, and cocktails made with top-shelf liquor. Also, we got to see our old friend Angel Perez, who is one of the best bartenders anywhere. We were fortunate to enjoy the benefit of butler service during our stay. From securing dinner reservations to setting up our pool and beach loungers each morning, our butler team made everything seamless and stress-free. Luis, who attended to us most of our stay, was outstanding! He even arranged for us to travel to the Janal Pixan Dia de los Muertos festival in Perto Juarez, which was amazing! Our butler team, especially Luis, was genuinely committed to making our stay a memorable one. Overall, the Hard Rock Hotel Cancun delivered an exceptional vacation from start to finish. With incredible staff, first-rate amenities, and excellent service, this resort remains a standout. We can’t wait to return!
