I would of given it a 5/5 but they kept running out of ice cream! The staff were outstanding. Food was good the best being at the Italian resturant. There was alot of entertainment by the pool. Live music at the Smash bar. The resort is showing its wear and tear but due for refurbishment. And will be closed. I can hardly wait to see the updates when it reopens. The beach was nice but a strong undertow due to a storm

Having a great time at the Hard Rock Cancun! All staff have been very friendly. The food was great… the bars had high end alcohol…. Example Grey Goose , Makers Mark to name a few. I am here on a girls trip and would total come back!!!

Good value for money
I don't understand the bad reviews on here at all. We had four wonderful days and the staff were very kind and always eager to help. We arrived at 2:30 pm and were able to check in right away, and after we received our keys, Karlos took us to a desk and showed us how to connect to the WiFi, went over the map of the property, explained all the activities and how to use the APP to make restaurant reservations. He really told us everything we needed to know and it's so efficient to have someone do that beyond the check in desk so that you don't hold up the check in process for others. Our bags were delivered to our room in 5 minutes, room service was always VERY fast (20-30 minutes). The staff were constantly asking me how my stay was and if there was anything they could do to make it better. At one point we were out of conditioner and they brought a big bottle of conditioners and extra towels very quickly. The beach and pools are lovely. The property is just slightly dated, you could tell it's not a brand new facility, but everything was well maintained and clean. Be sure to use the app to book restaurant reservations. If you do it the day before you won't have a problem getting a reservation. We will definitely come back!

Hard Rock Cancun
We had the best time at Hard Rock Cancun. Jessy ensured we had chairs at the pool, dinner reservations, and took care of other special requests. She took great care of us. She truly is the best! Jonas at the pool was absolutely wonderful! He provided excellent service throughout our days at the pool! Andrés at Frida was our server at breakfast each morning. Our coffee cups were always full. Andrés is such a friendly young man who provided exceptional service! We had the pleasure of being served by Isauro twice at Toro. Isauro gave excellent recommendations and provided phenomenal service. The team at Cafetto is wonderful! I would visit a couple times a day for coffee or snacks and they were all so friendly and run the cafe so efficiently. Paola helped me today. 😊 I wish I got the rest of their names.

Wonderful trip
The resort was very nice, food was good. The service was over the top. Jessy our butler went over and above to make sure our stay was over the top
