Room not cleaned at all. First and last stay although convenient to Mayo Clinic. Imperative for me to not get an infection. Hampton Inn missed the mark. -Drink water spots on desks. -Mold around drain in bathroom sink. -Used soap in the shower. -Hair on bathroom walls. -Hair on bathroom tile floor.

Nice hotel but needs some updates
Have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed our stay. Hotel needs some updates such as new furniture (chairs in room ). The toilet handle installed incorrectly and clunked on top of lid, quite annoying when flushed. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Hotel is very quiet day and night. Plenty of free parking. Close to shopping and restaurants. Staff at desk very friendly. Housekeeping very good to our needs for extra supplies. Breakfast at best mediocre .

GREAT PLACE TO STAY
We are patients at Mayo Clinic. We have found the perfect hotel for our overnight stays prior or after our doctors' appointments. Hampton Inn and Suites Jacksonville - Beach Boulevard has always had the best accomodations. They are very spacious and clean. The morning breakfast is perfect. Eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereal, toast, bagels, juices, milk, coffee just to name a few and all prepared perfectly. The front desk and the entire staff have always been very friendly. My wife and I always enjoy our stays at Hampton Inn and Suites Jacksonville - Beach Boulevard. You always know what you are getting, Thank you. Carter Hubbard, Savannah, GA

INCONSIDERATE HOTEL
This hotel is very inconsiderate during a difficult time last week with hurricane Milton. I was being evacuated with my elderly parents and we found a closer hotel. I tried to cancel online and could not get through, now they will not give me a refund. I don't think people understand what you go through while being evacuated. WRONG on so many levels!!!

RUDE EMPLOYEE during a very vulnerable time period.
Tried to book here for displaced employees from Hurricane Helene. Something was wrong with the Credit Card Authorization process and the manager at the front desk called us and said that our displaced employee " is not going to be staying at my hotel!" and told us to contact the system that THEY use to get the card information straight. We have booked over 300 rooms for this event trying to help the community and he was EXTREMELY rude. We will NOT be booking any more of our employees at this location.
