Excellent all round.
My daughter and I only stayed here one night but are thrilled we chose this hotel. The room was a good size with two full size single beds. The shower room ensuite was large and everywhere was spotless. All the staff were very friendly but I must mention Michaela and Edu who went above and beyond helpful. They are a credit to your team.

Great stay
We have just returned from a night here as we were at the utilita arena for a gig. We got an Uber there for £7 and walked back it took around 20 mins to walk. Hotel is spotless and the bed was comfortable. Greeted upon arrival by friendly staff and check in was simple. Hotel is situated right next to a tram stop which takes you into town in just a few minutes. Not sure what time the trams stopped running but we were not disturbed at all. We managed to park on the road behind the hotel 4 hours free up until 6pm then no charge from 1800 - 0800 .... 4 hours free again the next day took us up to midday (checkout time) The gym is pretty well equipped and clean, the breakfast was excellent. All staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Weekend away with ease
Stayed here from Friday to Sunday. And it was a lovely hotel in a great location. Breakfast was good, nice selection and hot. Rooms were good sizes, comfortable sofas and good beds. The staff were helpful and lovely. The location is brilliant, can get the tram right next to the hotel, £3.20 for an all day ticket in zone 1 which is just the main area of Birmingham, so was easy to navigate. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and cheap
We stayed for 1 night and were generally pleased with our experience. We walked from New Street station and this takes just over 15 minutes. A better bet may be to take the tram from the station to St Pauls and the hotel is very close to that stop. We were impressed with our room although there was no full window to the outside. It is clearly a popular hotel and there are signs of wear and tear in the corridors although our room was well decorated. A complimentary breakfast is included in the price and this is quite extensive. Do arrive in the breakfast area fairly early to avoid a shortage of tables or queues. The price that we paid was very good and we would certainly consider staying there again. The surrounding area is very interesting with the Jewellery Quarter well worth a walk around. Local restaurants and pubs are also good.

Brilliant hotel and even better staff
A fantastic hotel and brilliant staff that really make the stay 5 star. From arrival and having a call from the manager to check we where happy with our room, which was lovely, to the friendly staff at breakfast who made sure my wife was looked after and given gluten free options, everything was brilliant. Great location near the city centre and parking free after 4 directly across the road. Thanks Hilton Birmingham
