Good Hotel For Family Vacation
We had a good time at Grand Palladium overall. The rooms were clean, and they had activities available daily. The buffet also had a good variety of meal options. One of the highlights was Pedro, one of the restaurant coordinators. He made sure we got the reservations we wanted each night, even when mostly booked. Good hotel for a family vacation.

Beautiful BUT if you have a food allergy or a young adult daughter beware
They do not seem to accommodate people with food allergies. Urgency is NOT a concern. Most of the staff was very friendly, sadly some of the bar server men were too forward with their comments to my daughter. Very inappropriate.

Don’t lie to me.
Pros: The beach at Sunset Cove is very pretty and the main pool is great. The jerk chicken shack is also really good. Cons: The staff will straight-up lie to you to get you to go away. This happened four times in my group (5 rooms on a week stay). I don’t blame the staff, the ownership group seems willing to cut every corner possible. Highlight: The spa delivered the best massage I’ve ever had. Ick: There’s no real orange juice on the resort. It’s a gallon jug of orange cocktail mix with some water added, even at the spa ‘juice’ bar. Overall: This was my first visit to a Palladium property and I absolutely won’t be back.

Not worth the money
The resort was unable to accommodate for two older teenager so they wouldn’t have to sleep together. We asked for four towels but have not received more than two up to this point so we’ve been utilizing the pool towels. Our friends room does not have AC so they were told to leave their windows open. Common courtesy seems to not be common to all!
