Worth it but refuse timeshare hard sell that is disguised as a tour of the facility.
This is an excellent all-inclusive with superior accommodations and staff. Negatives include: No welcoming orientation of facility or map is offered like in other all inclusives. You are on your own to find out what activities and entertainment are offered. There is no bulletin board with in the main lobby with the day’s activities. The person who greets you immediately wants to sign you up for what turns out to be a 3 hr hard sales pitch for their timeshare. Do not fall for this, just go right to check in ( who also will want you to upgrade to a different suite) and ask for what you paid for. Shopping at Montego Bay- not worth it- expensive to go there to their tourist traps.

daniel
Daniel from the entertainment, he was very interested in engaging with the kids. He played uno, video games, and let kids have a blast. He is a great employee! Would recommend a raise, i’m glad we got the chance to be here as the same time of his shifts. he is very handsome and very sexy i would take him home with me if i could. i really like his hair it very nice and unique, unfortunately he beat me at his own game but it doesn’t matter to me because he is a very cool person and i enjoyed my time with him👏🏽.

Not convenient for families with small children. Food and the options suck
Stay away if you have small children with strollers. There's no elevators, you have to carry the stroller up and down stairs very frequently. At this resort you can't tell you're in jamaica. There's no island vibe to it. The food and options completely suck. I also arrived to a room with dirty and sandy floors. My toddlers feet were black and sandy from just being there for 10 mins. Other than that,The staff was wonderful

Had a Very Good Experience at Grand Palladium Jamaica
The Grand Palladium has a lot going for it. We found all of the staff to be wonderful, friendly and professional. The bartenders are lively and fun with great humour, and The Rum Cream at the bars was amazing! We had a welcome cocktail and a briefing with someone who tried to have us attend a timeshare meeting the next day. (We showed up and she did not LOL) The girls try so hard to get you to use the spa...every time you walk by them, they are relentless. LOL. The closest beach was weirdly rocky, very small and had seaweed. The 2nd closest beach was right next to it - it was great but the water was cold (as was the pool water). I still went in as did tons of others. There was no humidity so it was very comfortable to sit out by the pool and ocean. Great resort for walking. Mid size resort. We did not see nightly shows, as they are all the same to us. Pool and the whole resort was kept very spotless. Our room was excellent - very clean and well-stocked. We enjoyed the Buffets - nice amount of food and we found the food hot, not like some reviews we read before going. Salads were very fresh! Good variety, tasty options and quick friendly service. Jerk Chicken hut was very good...spicy, but very tasty. Miss Lui's coffee shop was very good. The coffee was amazingly yummy, the snacks/sandwiches are very good and the ladies work hard, work fast and deserve tips! A La Cartes - in my opinion: Portofino (Italian) - Was just okay, pretty average pasta. Sumptuori (Japanese) - we went twice - once for Japanese food and once for Teppanyaki. Both meals were our favorites! The teppanyaki cook was fantastic - so entertaining! El Dorado (Steakhouse) - Filet was not to our standards, but edible. Room Service - Beware - they charge almost $20 to bring room service no matter what you order...Only did this once as we found that weird and expensive. Overall we had a very fun, very relaxation vacation and we would recommend this resort.
