Elisa is really great. She was very attentive to my friends and I. The whole resort is very beautiful. The bingo hostess was very funny and entertaining. The bell boys were very helpful and friendly. Overall I would recommend grand palladium to friends and family.

Entertainment pop team Collette and Daniel
We have a lot of memories and experiences with the entertainment Collette and Daniel was amazing had a lot of fun dancing at the infinity bar and Collette the MC for the theater called me and my brother up on stage we enjoyed that she is great Daniel enter act with us to they made our trip a memorable trip.

entertainment team yah man
The resort was very nice and had great views. The drinks were made well and the food was good. Daniel (Akime) and Colette from POP entertainment were amazing and made my whole family feel at home. They went over the top to ensure that everybody was having fun and making sure people felt included. the dancing at infinity bar and theater with MC collette is amazing we had so much fun.

- [ ] No elevators where the rooms are - [ ] No security in the buildings where the rooms are - [ ] Junior suite ocean view is bad - [ ] No one looks happy to work there. Everyone but the reception desk has an attitude from house keeping, to shuttle drivers, to food making servers in the buffets. - [ ] Multiple requests had to be made for them to address room requests (extra blankets and towels took up to 4 attempts) - [ ] Shuttle service is bad. We had to walk sometimes bc no shuttle would come despite telling them twice. - [ ] No ketchup ever at buffets unless requested. Sometimes waiters wouldnt come in time for drink requests. Kitchen staff look overworked and not happy to serve. - [ ] Dampness in room to the point the sheets were wet - [ ] King bed is not promised. got two double beds. - [ ] Show schedules are not followed. Some are skipped. - [ ] Reservation times are not honored. Was asking to “chill a bit” for the mexican restaurant. - [ ] Housekeeping lady have attitude when requesting service Pros: the beach & pool area is nice

I was denied a refund for 3 days because I checked out early. They were rude and curt. Due to injuries, I could no longer walk the stairs and there are no elevator accommodations except one in the main building which holds five people for two levels. The food is terrible, cooked in mass quantity and served buffet style, so soggy and greasy. The staff are pleasant although seriously overworked, it was painful to see.
