Stayed here for 9 nights over Christmas. Booked 2 x ocean view suites at Lady Hamilton direct via hotels website. At check in was told we’re in Jamaica side and given 1 oven view suite and 1 junior suite with lounge pool. No pre warning despite booking direct with hotel. Positives of the hotel • main pool area really good and always lots of sunbeds • Posieden restaurant for lunch was nice and relaxed and service generally good • WiFi strong on all hotel • Miss Lou coffee shop always good coffee and cakes • shuttles around resort generally easy to use • breakfast outside at harbour, but only open first 4 days then never again? • room cleaning was always good and timely Not so good • Ocean view suite had a connecting door, really badly insulated for noise and constantly heard neighbours • bed was incredibly soft. I slept on the sofa bed as it killed my back. • Food. As were in 2 rooms could not book on App but booked thru guest services at a restaurant every night. Every night after ordering, the food took around 1 hour to arrive, just painful. Three out of nine meals were not really hot. Sent first back but took so long that time to get new one that just ate the cold food on the next occasion The only exception was the show cooking in the Asian restaurant that was a great experience Buffet - Went at lunch three times . All three times it was an absolute mess, half of food stations empty. They could not keep up with food. • Drinks. One lager and two cheap wines on all inclusive 5*. Not great. • beach, not clean or organised. Dirty beds everywhere and nobody taking care of it. All in all I think it is probably the worst 5 star hotel I’ve stayed in, and tbh most 4* I stay in tend to be better.

Horrible
My husband and I checked in yesterday and we are booked at the Signature Level and it sucks! We waited almost an hour before they realized we were at the signature level and it has been downhill since then. We are in a smelly old room that needs to be remodeled. We have not been able to get washcloths , room service, nothing!!!! We paid 4000.00 for 4 nights and were expecting a nice room and at least edible food and room service but we could not even get a pizza. The only redeeming quality at this hotel is the beautiful beach and the staff that tries really hard to make it better.

No TV for days, room upgrade/no upgrade
We arrived Sunday December 21st. At check in we were told that we received an upgrade to our original reservation. We reserved a one bedroom garden view. The upgrade was a one bedroom garden view. Go figure. Same room type. We were supposed to be on the Lady Hamilton side-adults only-but they put us on the Jamaica side-children and adults. My boyfriend had to sign a form agreeing to the upgrade. We both were tired from the long flight and were just ready to get to our room. He signed the form ‘trusting’ what we were told. We get to the room and it was the EXACT same type room we originally reserved. So where was the upgrade?? We just sucked it up and kept it moving. We found out a few days later the reason we were not on the Lady Hamilton side is it was closed for guests due to some employees and their families were staying there due to the recent hurricane. Don’t know how true that is but we saw plenty of guests staying on the Hamilton side, enjoying the pool and everything so why couldn’t we?? Whatever. Shortly after getting to the room we realized the TV wasn’t working. A call was made to the front desk and we were told the IT Department had left for the day-they closed at 6pm-and they would come the next day around 9:30am. Monday December 22nd-9:30am came and went and no IT to fix the TV. A 2nd call was made to the front desk and we were told someone would be by around 2:30pm. We went about our day. We got back to our room around 5pm or so and TV still not working. A 3rd call was made and we were told that IT was in another room working and they were coming by after they finished. By the time we went to bed that night no IT. Tuesday December 23rd-before we left for the day a call was made to the front desk to confirm IT was coming today and we were told yes. You guessed it…no IT. Now we are on call number 4. The front desk saw that we had been calling and was told yet again someone was coming out to fix the TV. They also stated that IT came out while we were gone but they had to replace the TV. Ok if that’s the case, they couldn’t have left a note to say they were there and what needed to be done?? Around 2am when we got back….still no TV. Wednesday December 24th-we said f**k it we were not calling no more about the TV. At this point this was beyond ridiculous. We left our room and when we came back IT was there working on the TV. Not sure if they fixed the old one or replaced it with a new one. Either way it was working. FINALLY. Housekeeping was great. They kept us stocked with the necessities and the refrigerator stayed stocked as well. Every restaurant we went to-Mo’Bay Buffet, Sumptuori, La Adelita, Xaymaica and Poseidon was great! Good food choices and good atmosphere. Every waiter/waitress we came in contact with was great. Very nice, helpful and offered suggestions from the menu. There were a few places we went to that the waiter/waitress remembered us and knew exactly what we wanted. That was awesome. There were a few that REALLY stood out. I wish I could remember their names but if I saw them again I would know so I could shout them out. They worked at the Mo’Bay Buffet, La Adelita and Xaymaica. Now Roberto at the Poseidon was AWESOME. If anyone goes there please ask for him. He WILL provide world class service. After the first 4 days things did get better. The Palladium is a nice resort and I would stay there again. Hopefully next time we will get the upgrade that we were supposed to get.

Great resort, all inclusive and walkable to private beaches
Prestine blue beaches. All inclusive food options. Walkable distance to beaches. Weather was great during Christmas week. Room issues like jacuzzi and hair dryer got resolved in a day. Its better if we have clothes dryer in room or near to pool
