Dec 04, 2025Ongoing Harassment From Staff Member – Unacceptable & Unprofessional
My husband and I have experienced ongoing harassment from one of your staff members, Aleicia Moore, and it has reached a point where it can no longer be ignored. Aleicia has repeatedly contacted my husband, expressing personal interest in him even after he clearly told her he is married and not interested. Despite his direct communication, she has continued to pursue him. What makes this even more concerning is that Aleicia, along with her sisters, has now found my social media page as well as our couples’ content page and has begun harassing me online. This behavior is not only inappropriate—it is disturbing, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Is this the type of environment guests are expected to endure at this resort? No one should have to deal with a staff member crossing personal boundaries, pressuring a married man who has made his position clear, or involving family members to harass guests outside of the property. We are extremely disappointed and expect this matter to be addressed immediately. No guest should ever feel targeted, disrespected, or unsafe due to an employee’s actions.

Beautiful Resort ! Very spacious and room ALSO VERY CLEAN. Rooms clean to a T and well as food preparation. ZERO complaints. Workers friendly. I would say due to the nature of the storm the elevators being down is quite a downer especially if you’re traveling with children who require a stroller as well as a wheelchair bound people. The suites are far from the resort so to get to the action you are definitely going to walk and while there’s golf carts they are only accessible sometimes or when you are checking in and out. Traveled with a friend and had a baby and it was a lot going up and down stairs with a stroller (though portable) just to get to restaurants and things. I would revisit again once things are officially back up and running and can see how things are actively operated.

We love the palladium, we love coming home💚 Roberta at Poseidon is the best server on the resort. It is always a pleasure to see him. Donisha Swaby who is normally at the members beach, we found her at the pool bar. She is great always a pleasure to see. The grounds crew is amazing, they have done such a great job getting the resort back to the beautiful place we remember.

The Mitchell family post Eaton Wildfire visit to Jamaica.
This was our first vacation since losing our home in the Eaton wildfires in Southern California. We consider ourselves Jamericans. This was our first visit, and we will absolutely return. The love, peace, and hospitality here meant more to us than words can express. Grand Palladium became a healing space for our family. One Love — Respect!

Family Time
It's a very nice property the scenery was excellent. The food was tremendous enjoyed all breakfast and dinner at the Mobay buffet the waiters and waitress there service was on point. My only downfall of the trip was the fruit juices taste like kool aid so I didn't enjoy the bar like how I wanted to.
