Nothing short of, BEAUTIFUL! Breakfast and lunches are typical/average. Dinners are amazing! The island, including the Hotel, get pretty quiet by by 8-9 P.M. Staying here, made every single day, look like a picture postcard!

Amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt
Our recent stay at the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment you walk through the open-air lobby and catch that first glimpse of the Pacific, you know you’re in for a world-class experience. The grounds are meticulously kept, and the saltwater lagoon remains one of the most relaxing spots on the island. However, what truly elevated our stay from "great" to "unforgettable" was the service at the Grand Club. While the amenities are top-tier, it is the staff that makes the club feel like a home away from home. A Special Shout-out to Erin and Robin We want to extend a sincere thank you to Erin and Robin at the club. They both went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well-taken care of. Whether it was a warm greeting in the morning or their attentive care during the evening hors d'oeuvres, their hospitality was genuine and proactive. It’s rare to find a team that anticipates your needs before you even voice them, but Erin and Robin do exactly that with grace and a true spirit of Aloha. Stay Highlights Between the lava rock slides and the quiet adult pool, there is a perfect speed for everyone. The resort perfectly captures the lush, Garden Isle aesthetic without feeling overcrowded. If you are planning a trip to Poipu, we cannot recommend the Grand Hyatt enough—and if you have the chance to visit the club, you’ll be in excellent hands with the team there.

A week in Paradise
A very nice clean hotel. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We loved the layout of the resort. Very laid back atmosphere. The food was delicious. It was our first visit to Hawaii and we had a gorgeous beach front view from our room.

Great Time in Poipu
We had a fantastic experience. The resort is beautiful and we enjoyed every meal we had on property. The breakfast buffet was very well prepared, with many options. Tidepools is memorable. Highly recommend.

Worth the splurge
Beautiful hotel with great amenities. The staff is lovely and good restaurants. The pool area is next level. I love that there are daily activities and different things to do if you want.
