Jan 06, 2026Watch out for mystery charges
This hotel is fine for an overnight stay. Rooms are functional and a nice size but a bit dated. A/C didn’t seem to work. This isn’t such a big problem in the bay area. I was on an upper floor so I opened the window. The only problem with that was in the evening the food smell from the restaurant kitchen below would come into the room. Otherwise TV and WiFi worked well. Breakfast is decent although crowded. It took about 10 minutes waiting in line to order an omelet. The airport shuttle works fine getting to/from SFO. The only problem was with the billing. My stay at this hotel was paid for with an airline voucher. At check-in the hotel wanted a credit card number for “incidental” expenses. Ok, fine. The next morning I checked out with no charges. A couple of days later a mystery charge for $16.30 showed up on my credit card. I tried contacting the hotel multiple times to get an explanation. The first time - I pressed the billing dispute number. I waited for 20 minutes on hold before giving up. I don’t know if they answer these calls or not. The second time I pressed reservations to talk to a human. This worked, but after waiting another 20 minutes to speak to a manager I was told the manager was busy and call back in a few hours. I gave up contacting the hotel and disputed the charge with my credit card. This worked, but I think the credit card just “wrote off” the charge, and didn’t follow up with the hotel. So the hotel got away with it. Just beware and make sure you get a paper receipt when checking out. It's very difficult to resolve billing problems once you leave the hotel.

Dec 14, 2025Average experience. Definitely overrated restaurant
Stayed 2 nights at the hotel as part of my regular business travel and must say that I wasn't impressed at all. Being an airport hotel, close to SFO and with a free shuttle was the decision criteria to choose it, simply because of convenience. The moment you enter the room, you feel tele-transported to 1965, room is large by screaming and shouting for an uplift and renovation....really old in all fronts, very old sofa which doesn't look very clean, old closets full of scratches, very old toilet....room is large and I had a nice view to the bay, but it was anything but inviting. As soon as we arrived, we did head to the restaurant/bar to have something to eat to realize that they didn't have half of the things on the menu so options were not many....interestingly enough, when chatting with the waiter he told us that the previous manager of the restaurant has been recently fired and that because of this it was a big chaos..... Following day, tried to get something to eat at lunch to realize that restaurant opens only in the evening and that there are simply no options to eat nor to buy food there. In summary, not a great experience, and only reason I could potentially return to the hotel it is because of location.

hotel is good view is good but pathetic hotel staff specially staff at reception and at buffet . They are racist and do not treats all nationality equally , very disrespectful and not at all approachable . Hilton is a great property but these staff ruining the experience.

We stayed a night before moving onto other things to see in California. The hotel is nice enough and the room was very comfortable. Friendly staff greeted us and answered all of our questions. The star of the show in my opinion and the real reason for the review is Gabriel bartender extraordinaire! We looked at the menu of cocktaisl and not seeing what we really wanted we asked if he could make us something and he did! Amazing cocktails and stellar service, thanks!

Nightmare!
I don't really post reviews. This is actually my first time writing one. Management suck! They don't care about your customers! Last Friday we booked at this Hotel. We got there at around 7pm. Dead tired and want to just rest for the rest of the night. When Im lying down the bed, my wife just screamed! Long and behold, BED BUG crawling on my shoulder! Caught it and put it in a napkin (still alive) so we called the front desk, saying that manager is already out and they can't do anything until the next morning. All they can do is switch us to a different room with a better view. Next day past, no call or updates. We called on our last day (Sunda) before we checked out. Said that they will call us on Tuesday. And of course, we never heard anything from them! Don't you ever stay at this place!
