    Beautiful beach

    Beach is absolutely stunning! Crystal clear water with soft sand! Hotel staff was very helpful at every opportunity. Building maintenance is a bit lacking, but rooms and common areas seemed to be updated. Food is what you'd expect from an all inclusive; average. Overall, we had a wonderful time and loved the area (Hotel Zone). Would definitely be back.

    Worth it!

    The rooms were clean and pretty up to date. The food was delicious (however the steaks are usually over cooked). Drinks were good. The staff was amazing. We had our 6 year old with us and felt she was safe the entire time. Even though you can't make reservations for 3 of the restaurants, we never had to wait long. The beach was spectacular and very safe for the kids. You have to get up early to snag a beach chair but you pretty much have to do that at any all inclusive. Would highly recommend... especially for families.

    Good resort

    We had a 4 night stay as a couple. Room was very good, we upgraded to a balcony room and that was worth it for the sunsets. We had preferred seats in the beach and that provided great service for food and drinks. Jhandi was a great server a couple of our days. Food at the beach for lunch was good one day was ribs and burgers another day. Breakfasts were good. Dinners we were not as impressed with the food. Just was very average on the dinner food. Not bad but nothing great. We tried all three restaurants. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful.

    Great all-inclusive resort, preferred club is an add-on

    Everything was generally great. Nice beach, pools, bars. Finding vegetarian food was a challenge. Nice to have preferred club add-on for exclusivity and slightly more peace. Rooms could use an upgrade. All-inclusive app could use an upgrade as well, but has decent info.

    Very Enjoyable

    Overall, I thought the resort was really good. The beach was beautiful. The nightly entertainment/activities were well done. The restaurants were easy to get in to and the food was decent. Room was average but totally acceptable. Hotel staff were all very friendly and responsive. Room service was fast.
