Entertainment team was amazing!! Charli, Angie, Brian, Diana and DJs were so fun and uplifting. Charli the best dancer!! 🕺 Brian is very funny. Alexandra is an amazing singing WOW!! Could listen to her sing for days!

The resort has old rooms. Oceanfront is actually just ocean view. Great shallow beach with fun activities for the kids. We are vegetarian and hence food was a major struggle with nobody understanding what is vegan/vegetarian.

beach is great
The location was great. Beach was great and there are shops in walkable area. Lobby was good looking, the rooms were clean. I was really worried about the room condition, but i think i got renovated rooms so it was good. Bed was comfortable. I booked 2 rooms for our family of 4, even though i requested a connecting room ahead of my trip, it didn't happen. I was offered to do a paid upgrade to get connecting room, we declined, this was very disappointing. Food was meh. there was no pool side food. you have to order from your seat or go to Olio or the buffet. Buffet didn't allow sleeveless shirts for men and they are very strict. I saw a man wearing his wife's beach gown to cover him. It was very inconvenient and ridiculous. But surprisingly food tasted better as the days went on, don't know why! but wasn't great. I wouldn't go back but isn't a bad choice if the beach is your thing!

Dreams sands has the best staff They welcome you openly and warm They have the best people in entertainment team Lead my mauricio Everyone specially charly, luis ,angie were amazingg :( very sad to leave this place It was easy to make friends Amazing environment amazing team My baby loves it the most here Will definitely come back They have plenty activities .. specially through out the day They always have something to do. Oh anddd EXCELLENT BEACH i recommend this place to everyone We will definitely come back

Good experience. However, the wait lines were insane for on site restaurants and food took forever to get served. Half of the beach area is for preferred members even though the area is already pretty small. We couldn’t even find chairs to sit in most of the time. Room service was great though, probably the best part of my stay. The shows were great though and so was the thanksgiving dinner. Alexandra has such a beautiful voice and vibe so definitely recommend checking her out and supporting her shows. Overall, it was good thank you for having us. :)
