Dreams Cozumel is a great place to relax and unwind. The drinks and food are very good, the staff is friendly and helpful and the location is perfect. Don't hesitate, just book it and go.

The location is good , close to the airport , beach is good for walks , swim, snorkeling and relaxing. The atmosphere is good . The check in is really nothing special , not very quick and they don’t pay attention on who’s arrived first . For room we had a junior suite beach front , it was a big room , a bit outdated but well maintained and clean . The cleaning lady was very good , and respectfull, Maritza if I recall correctly . Not noisy which we liked very much. A few staff members,beds were giving exceptional service: Yanely , Carolina and Felipe .

Great Beach. Will Come Back!
We had a great time as a family. Arguably the best beach in Cozumel. Would return any time. Staff was very helpful and responsive. Loved the all inclusive setup.

Beautiful beach, Nice resort/room and absolutely wonderful staff!
Our trip to Cozumel Dreams was a fun, safe and completely enjoyable experience. The resort and our room was beautiful, the snorkeling was fabulous, but most of all the PEOPLE/EMPLOYEES were unmatched. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and wanted you to have the best time and the best stay at the resort. Each morning our server Angel, and also Leonardo (breakfast manager) were so hospitable and obtained everything we needed for a perfect breakfast each day! This was one of our favorite parts of the day. Other service personnel that were exceptional were Dario, Javier, Adrian (service/management), Martin (pancake chef), and Patricia (chef who created a fabulous private dinner.). The YOGA was another wonderful highlight of our trip. Peggy (and her husband Mike) made our morning yoga a real treat, complete with relaxing music, ocean breeze and singing bowl! So relaxing. The hydrospa and my massage were two other special experiences. Guadeloupe delivered the best deep tissue massage I have ever had and Martin made the hydrospa experience extra special. THANKS to all of the wonderful staff. We would definitely go back. :)

Mar 13, 2026The resort needs a facelift and better management to raise the level of quality .
There are some nice aspects of Dreams Cozumel and then there are issues they need to address. The entrance and lobby of the resort are beautiful and the rooms are fairly modern and clean. The shower is wonderful. One room issue, however, is that there were a total of 2 outlets in the entire room outside of the bathroom. We had to move the dresser to access 1 of the 2 outlets and unplug appliances so that we could plug charges in for the 3 of us. The only other issue with the room is we were in a room with a door between 2 rooms. We could hear the complete conversations from our neighbors and they also had a screaming kid which made it worse. The rest of the resort needs attention with tiles missing/concrete broken & missing on buildings, walkways and the pool decks. The most dissatisfying point was the smell of the public restrooms. They smelled horrible of urine. The only restroom that smelled nice was in the lobby. All the other public restrooms looked clean but smelled atrocious.
