    Lovely hotel

    Excellent hotel, beautifully clean, lovely spacious rooms, extremely comfortable bed, lovely pillows, fridge in room. Lovely view from balcony. Very friendly stuff. Relaxed civilised vibe around the pool. Great rule that they do not allow you to reserve sun beds with a towel, I was delighted with this because it is one of my pet hates. Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely book again for next year.

    Awful

    Firstly, hotel was lovely and clean. But that's where the good ends. Where do I start. Staff miserable, food awful. Don't book all inclusive as it doesn't include everything Buffet food I wouldnt serve to kids. 4 start hotel for cleanliness -10 for everything thing else. Al a carte restaurants. No meat or fish options all vegan other vegetarian. Disgraceful..... Main pool bar service is slow and have to queue for minimum 25 minutes. I will never return, I am glad to return home tomorrow

    Disappointing Holiday

    My family and I arrived on holiday on Friday, 11th April 2025. Unfortunately, our experience has fallen far short of our expectations, particularly considering the level of service and facilities promised at the time of booking. Although we arrived later than expected due to travel delays, we were informed that our room won’t be ready till 3pm and our preferred club package won’t be available till Monday due to large booking of pensioners in the hotel. It quickly became apparent that the hotel was not adequately prepared to receive guests: Only one of the three swimming pools was open during the first few days of our stay. The kids pool remained closed for the whole duration of our stay and the other pool had part of the decking blocked off for some maintenance works Several key facilities—including those advertised as part of the "Preferred Club" package—were closed until the following Tuesday. For the first few days of our holiday, only one restaurant was operational, leading to long waits and limited dining options. In addition to the lack of facilities, we have experienced a number of issues with our room and overall service, including: A persistent sewage smell in the bathroom. Avoid room 2111, the smell from bathroom was terrible, when complained about this, we have been told that this is normal. This room is advertised as the preferred club room with the sea view A shower with extremely inconsistent water temperature, which is particularly dangerous for young children. An empty minibar on arrival, which was only restocked after we made a specific request Missing amenities that were clearly advertised, such as a coffee machine, toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers. Staff seemed unclear about what services and amenities are included in the "Preferred Club" package, which has led to confusion and frustration. Despite being advertised, there has been no concierge service available to us on our arrival We have raised these concerns with hotel staff on multiple occasions, but unfortunately, most of the issues were unresolved. It’s clear that the hotel was not fully operational when we arrived, and the lack of facilities has severely impacted our holiday experience. We came here with the hope of enjoying a relaxing and memorable family holiday, but sadly, the number of problems we’ve encountered has overshadowed what should have been a special time for us. The only positive feedback we can give is for the entertainment team. They were working hard to make this experience better but unfortunately the hotel was far from “Dreams”.

    Great hotel! A cracking stay!

    Hotel is excellent overall. Myself and my family had a great stay. Helpful reception, great decor throughout. Food was great for breakfast and dinner, we were half board. Room were lovely, great decor again. Pools were great, great staff all over the complex. Beach is close by. We stay away a lot and never use the same hotel, but we would use this one again! We thought it was great that the hotel was split in to two sides. Entertainment team were good and engaging too! Cracking hotel!

    What a awful experience especially of preferred club

    This hotel has the potential to be excellent arrived Saturday room not ready for over an hour then child's bed and bedding non existent. Some pools closed due to staffing . Half the hotel closed due to long term Spanish occupants locating half the hotel so all the themed restaurants closed and then a soft opening half way through the week . Dangerous shower not addressed fully no air conditioning on either. The preferred club girls are so out of Thier depth it was embarrassing. As a preferred guest this is what we were supposed to have and didn't No coffee making facilities No explanation of what the dinning perks were so missed out on them most of the week . No map ,welcome great or instruction to the facilities or the mythical pillow menu. The second day there despite being quiet they were running out of certain drinks and lemons not sure how that happens in Spain . Spanish locals given glass cups to drink out of constant battle with being given plastic warm glasses for soft drink even especially no where near the pool Quite often run out of ice cream for children There is no slush machine Thier slush is ice with some water and a solution . It was effectively squash with ice . The preferred guest relations staff were asked some basic details about the aquarium excursion after 2 days I had heard nothing so approaches the girls to have a hand raised to my face to be told they would phone me . My key 2 rep finally arrived all booked and information in 10 mins. The only time I did here back from the preferred club was a ride email telling me they had fulfilled all Thier requests to is if you look at all the above it makes it even more bizarre . The hotel manger equally rude to deal with over 40 years of travelling I can live with people not knowing the answer but they generally go and find out this place they just didn't bother or care apart from a very sensible young lad on the main desk I would put him in charge of the preferred guests . Asked could I have a fan as air conditioning was off not specified online . Got told I would have to rent one of they bought one . I've never wanted to to ever come home from holiday early until this holiday. Kitchen staff lovely worked so hard tipped them aswell as room cleaners they should be proud of Thier work and standards . Anyone here at a senior level should be ashamed especially the preferred club staff . The drinks service is poor was told they would have this German beer on for 4 days they never did the wine is better quality than I thought. The pressure on cooking staff started to show towards the end of the week because for all the closed themed restaurants the guys cooking on the plancha grill couldn't keep up and three time we had raw chicken and pork Breakfast is very good although serano ham and prawns are rarely served at this hotel aswell as grapes . Didn't even complain about some of the room but will include the photos
