Excellent Customer Service!!!

There was excellent customer service from everyone. The breakfast staff was great and the shuttle drivers Nelson and Issam were very accommodating to our needs. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. Kudos to them all!!!!

Great hotel! Scenic location!

I came here for one night but I wish I made it more. Nicole at the front desk was super polite and very helpful in answering all of my questions. The room was expertly cleaned, and there wasn't a single bad smell throughout the hotel. I was also pleased to see that the gym was just as clean as the rest of the hotel, and had a good amount of workout machines. The food was delicious and had a great variety of options. Would love to stay here again.

Very nice

Maggie and her entire staff has exceptional service. This is a beautiful hotel. Breakfast and gift shop is amazing. Stayed here for Valentine’s Day with my fiancé. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back again soon.

Quiet place to chill in Orange County

The room was very quiet, clean, quiet spacious and comfortable. Millie at the front desk was polite, welcoming and extremely helpful. The made-to-order breakfast omelets in the restaurant were delicious. The service in the restaurant was excellent and timely. Definitely will be back!

Wonderfull reception staff

We stayed here overnight for our trip further south to SD. The staff at reception was super helpful and proactive in giving us recommendations both in the local area and for our trip ahead. I believe her name was Millie (may be misspelling it!) but it made our stay brilliant from the start. The hotel is really what you expect from pictures so very much enjoyed it
