Great hotel. Outstanding front desk. Nicole, Matheus, and the night time auditor Frank. Very customer oriented. Frank in particular was outstanding as a night auditor. Fantastic big pool and hot tub. Kept at the proper temperature as well. A major plus if you like to swim. The breakfast buffet was decent, but the staff was top notch. Luah, the morning matre'd, was extremely good. He made sure everything was just right. Luah was outstanding. Nicole, Matheus, Frank, and Luah are all motivated employees. There was a Hispanic girl with braces in housekeeping with a nice smile who was also great. I'm glad I stayed, and you likely will be as well. Excellent.

Jan 01, 2025Maybe the worst Marriott property we’ve stayed at
Shame on you Marriott. This hotel is an embarrassment to your brand. We chose it for its proximity to Epcot. Just a quick one night stay to see the new !Luminoius light show Wanted to check out as soon as we checked in Carpets are dated and stained , rooms smell old, bed not atypical Marriott bed, old furnishings. Seems like a recent acquisition that hasn’t been updated Have stayed at hundreds of Marriott properties around the world and this might be the worst experience ever( titanium elite member) Interesting that over 1500 reviews have this as a 4 , and won a Trip Advisor award a few years ago. Doesn’t match up.

Delta Orlando Buena Vista for the win!
We had a most wonderful stay at the Delta! We didn’t want to stay on Disney property and we chose this one as we are members of the Marriott rewards program and it’s close to Disney Springs! Really perfect! There’s a walking path that takes you directly to Disney Springs, well lit up! It’s approximately a 20-25 minute walk! Parking is also free at Disney Springs! From Disney Springs, you can hop onto one of their many buses to varied resorts. Depending on resort and park you want to visit, you can take either a bus, monorail, skyliner, or ferry boat to one of the Disney parks from a resort! Easy peasy! Hotel also has a complimentary shuttle to Epcot and from there you can hop on a bus to other parks! We really loved the area! Delta is great, rooms are well appointed, comfortable bed! Smells clean everywhere! Luis and Amanda at front desk were extremely helpful! Always pleasant! I had booked a room for 7 nights, all on separate reservations! They made sure to keep us in the same room for all nights! We truly appreciated them being so accommodating! As a Titanium member, we also had access to their Elite pantry located on the 2nd floor. Very convenient to grab a snack and water/tea/coffee! There is a restaurant onsite, prices are reasonable! We enjoyed grabbing a nightcap at the hotel bar, thank you to Lisa for the great friendly service and chats! There’s also a great outdoor pool and hot-tub! We loved our stay at the Delta! Prices are reasonable and it’s very well-situated! Would most definitely consider staying there again!

Great 1 week stay
This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and it was even better this time. My room was clean, no weird smells at all like other people have stated. Room and common places were kept nice and clean. Lots of hot water for the shower. Beds were a little hard but pillows were comfy. Never used the pool as it was too cold. I dont think it was heated when I checked with my foot and it was just too cold out anyways. Lots of pool towels. Lyfts to Disney were cheap from here or there was the Lynx bus stop in front of hotel. Very convenient. Cant wait to return. This will be my go to from now on when visiting Disney. Didnt try the breakfast.

Way better then I thought.
Camille and Tina were amazing helped me out and went above and beyond when I was being needy. 10/10 for the service, the photos don’t do the place justice and the food and drink were awesome. Multiple hot tubs and pools, Definitely coming back here.
