Way better then I thought.
Camille and Tina were amazing helped me out and went above and beyond when I was being needy. 10/10 for the service, the photos don’t do the place justice and the food and drink were awesome. Multiple hot tubs and pools, Definitely coming back here.

Enjoyed this hotel
Hotel is very clean, staff was great, didn't hear much noise , beds were comfy and 5 min drive to Disney springs. Our room was ready by 1pm which was great. Only downfall and might make me not stay here again was 20.00 a day parking.. This was a very unnecessary money grab charge :(

Strange Odors Galore
I stayed at this hotel as the go between as I was in town for a conference for work, and while I stayed a short time in this hotel, I can say that it’s far below typical Marriott standards and I don’t think I’ll be back. Believe all of the reviews that talk about a strange odor in this hotel. I wish I could describe it, but I couldn’t even place it while I was there. It’s sweet but also mildly unpleasant. This is throughout the lobby and elevator areas. Both elevators smelled like a bathroom , and then the room itself just didn’t smell clean, like maybe the carpets and curtains could use a deep clean. I don’t typically write hotel reviews unless they are glowing, but I was sorely disappointed to learn that this was a Marriott Property and yet it somehow leaves much to be desired, but I guess you get what you pay for. If you are sensitive to smells or have the ability to stay elsewhere, I would recommend it. A hotel that doesn’t smell great is an immediate issue, and unfortunately this one is guilty

Sadly Dissappointing
What a disappointing trip. I’m trying to be wholesome in writing this, but will be categorical so you can go to whatever area interests you most: Room: smelled of mold and only moderate clean. Well sized. Comfortable bed (I’m not the type that shines a light on the bed to see what lies there). We attempted to communicate our concerns through front staff, who requested a deep clean. It did nothing. I’ve attached picture of some of the damage and nasty areas we noticed. Staff: responsive and friendly. Unsure of what they can control, given that some things are obviously outside their limits. For a Marriott property, however, the standards were evidently abandoned. Location: Pretty great. Right outside Disney. Easily accessible. Allows you to walk to nearby areas for lunch/dinner without concerns for wellness Amenities: Gym is small. Hard to use. Pool is decently sized and appeared clean. Remainder of outside area seems underdeveloped. Bar was great albeit slow. Coffee staff seemed willing to do anything other than serve coffee. Unsure if that was just our experience but, of all the staff in the hotel, they were the least friendly. Overall: this review is largely influenced by the things that most affected my stay. That includes the room and cleanliness. As such, it’s hard to recommend anyone return to a Marriott property that seems removed from the remainder of their chain.
