Home from Home
Stayed at this hotel many times. I come to Zurich on business and this hotel is a home from home for me. The best thing about it is the staff - they are all very friendly and helpful. I am always greeted like I'm a returning VIP! There are many excellent people working here - but I must mention Eirini on reception and Hoti who runs the bar and restaurant - it's always a pleasure to be served by them The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The food at the restaurant is always excellent. There is also a very good gym, pool and spa. It's not in the centre of Zurich - but there are many good restaurants nearby. Also it is pretty easy to get into the centre using the nearby tram stop

Not bad but not that I expected.
Great hotel with comfortable small rooms and good for breakfast but i have lost my earrings which was gold when we have not been in the room for 30 minutes , reception stuff was so polite and ask me for email and address in my country to find and send it for me but they didn’t .

Average
This is a huge hotel. Rooms are small for this category. I did use wellness area on Saturday eve, it was mess all over the dressing rooms, towells all over the floor, obviously they are short on staff that take care of this. Breakfas was exelent!. Location not to bad.

Zurich’s best
Zurich’s best hotel in the area! The staff do an awesome job, especially in the buffet area. Be sure to take full advantage of the buffet breakfast. The place is huge, and the rooms are well-maintained daily—decent enough for a good night’s sleep. The price is average. The hotel is close to a tram station and well-connected to anywhere you need to go. Plus, the WiFi is super fast. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Noisy and uncomfortable
Noise, construction, windows, pillows, a/c , pool not for children. Good stuff first - reception staff were lovely, nice powerful shower, location pretty good , 10minute tram ride into central station. What’s not good- 1.)windows are really poor and do not block out any noise. We were in block one room 1547 that overlooked the Main Street. Trams stop around 1am and then start again at 5am and you can hear them clearly through the rubbish windows. Odd numbered rooms in block one also then have construction work opposite starting at 7am( not the hotels fault but if they had good windows wouldn’t be an issue). We then moved to a courtyard (even numbered room) in block one because of the noise but guess what, delivery vans EVERY morning at 3am and then again at 5am go to la oading bay on this side and again the rubbish windows mean you hear everything- that wakes you up . 2.) pool - 16 years old plus only with parent. The gym and pool attached to the hotel are private company that hotel guests have access to. Looked very good facility but if you have booked hotel expecting family swim, nope, 16+ only to use pool , no exceptions ( only reason I booked hotel - should have read small print). 3.) pillows are like cotton wool, far to soft and the bedding is cotton but very very scratchy. 4.) not all rooms have a fridge 5.) room temperature control is either heating in winter or cooling in summer so no chance to have on for white noise without greeting cooked. This could be a lovely hotel if they got decent triple glazed windows (like every where else in Switzerland) and sorted out their climate control. I will not be stating here again.
