Awesome Hotel Associates
While there were some issues with our room, the safe did not work and the commode seat was loose, the hotel staff responded quickly to address our concerns. Specifically, front desk staff member name Joy, she was very responsive, friendly and showed a genuine concern for our satisfaction, she even followed up with us to make sure we were happy with our room and had no other problems. The beds were comfortable, room was clean and well stocked with all the hotel amenities. In my opinion, based on our seven nights stay, the entire staff made our stay worry free and relaxing. Thank you Joy for being attentive and kind.

Beautiful Hotel But Not Safe, Security Is Nonexistent
Do not, I repeat, do not stay here. They do not care about your safety, security is nonexistent. I was just there on a girls trip and we called security twice with no help, finally had to call 911 and I woke up the person who answered the phone at 911. Finally the front desk called back after an hour and 20 minutes and two policemen walked the floor and of course it was all over by then. There were several college students sitting in the hallway drinking, playing games, cheering and chanting, it was 2a.m. Several other guests came out yelling at the kids. We were so scared that this would escalate into violence, it got scary! Upon checkout, we complained to the guy at the front desk and asked to speak to the manager and he said she was too busy to talk to us and would call us later on, we never received a call. The manager on duty was Nira or something like that. After what happened at the corner of the hotel on New Years Eve it looks like security would be top notch, it’s not, not even 911. I understand the kids wanting to party, I was there one time myself, but we partied on the street or went back to our rooms to do so. I love NOLA and will go back but this hotel is off my list, not because of the building, it’s beautiful, but the staff was unsatisfactory to say the least.

There are much better options
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to its numerous shortcomings. While its proximity to Bourbon Street is a notable advantage, it is vastly outweighed by the hotel's significant issues. The property appears to be outdated and poorly maintained, with disturbing cleanliness problems, including the presence of dead roaches in the elevator. The lack of basic room amenities such as a mini fridge, iron, and sufficient towels is unacceptable. Moreover, requests for these essentials are consistently ignored, indicating a lack of customer service. Attempts to address these issues through IHG Customer Support and the hotel manager, Willow, have been ineffective, suggesting a systemic failure in management and customer care. Given these concerns, it is advisable to explore alternative accommodations that prioritize guest satisfaction and provide a more satisfactory experience.

Great customer service, beautiful hotel . Byron was amazing. Great recommendations Recommend you visit. We love the restaurant as well as the attractions. Bourbon st was amazing. This was the best trip ever. When ever you get a chance to visit this is the first place.

Great place to stay!!!
Outstanding hotel with amazing customer service. They checked in daily during our stay. Only draw back was the cost of parking, but honestly, it's not a show stopper for us!! They were amazing with our son, who was with us on the trip. Would highly recommend based on the location to all attractions.
