  Dont stay at this Hotel

  The Hotel staff does not care about anyone who stays at this hotel. I had 2 clients stay just 1 night while waiting for their early flight the next day. Once they checked in there was a disturbance in the corridor. My client called the front desk to see if they could resolve the issue. 30 mins went by and nothing was done. The client then called a 2nd time to complain about the screaming taking place in the corridor. Another 30 mins went by and still nothing happened. the client called a 3rd time, this time being a little more insistent that they do something. Another 30 mins went by, 60 mins, 90 mins, and the scream still continued. The client didn't get any sleep. They complained to the front desk when they checked out. The front desk agent didn't say anything. I reached out to the management and requested some form of rebate or refund for their experience. Their words exactly... "We regret what occurred once again. We have taken note of your comments and will proceed internally as appropriate. Thank you for bringing this to our attention." Marriott has proven over and over that all they care about is money and the guest experience no longer maters. Book at your own risk... I would highly recommend a limited service option over this full-service option. You will pay a lot more for no service.

  Would recommend staying here

  Lovely experience. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and employee's are happy to be here and eager to be of service. The pool is very nice. Food is a bit spendy, but very good. I would definitely recommend this establishment. Ask for a pool view if possible.

  Great stay

  Nice hotel and amenities we use this as a stop over for a day before heading back to Los Angeles and we were pleasantly surprised It felt like a mini resort, just 15 minutes from the airport There’s a few decent restaurants, bar, nice amenities, beautiful grounds, and an extremely friendly staff

  Exceptional Spa, Environment & Staff!!

  My wife and I enjoyed 50 minute massage services at the spa and they were among the best massages we've ever had. Even better the environment was beautiful and peaceful, and the staff were truly exceptional. Their customer service was excellent and they seemed to truly take an interest in us, our stay, and our lives. Can't recommend the Kuo Spa highly enough.

  Charming, beautiful and very attentive friendly staff!

  Staying 2 nights prior to Natural Habitat Adventures Jewels of Costa Rica Tour. Chose the Executive Level of room. Room 222 is walkout with sliding door to patio w 2 chairs and a table. This level of service was a great option as breakfast, light lunch, snacks and an evening meal service was more that adequate so we didn't need to use the onsite restaurants. Our request to not move rooms for our tour included room was granted. Employees that we dealt with were ALL professional and genuinely friendly: Gerardo at front desk, Brian, Mario and Caleb for on-site tours, Monse pool drinks/food server, And Marcos in charge of the on-site wastewater treatment facility ( who spoke no English, but patiently and happily tried to understand my horrible spanish! My friend and i were employed at a WWTF) . We may have been the only guests to EVER have visited him😅😃 I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it Thank you for making our stay a lovely and memorable experience!
