We loved every minute of our stay here. The food was amazing and plenty of options to eat, and we had no problems getting dinner reservations at the restaurants. The staff here was amazing everybody was very accommodating to everything we asked. Room was cleaned and mini bar refreshed daily. Idk why there would be any bad reviews this place was great!

Room was flawlesss hotel is really good , a lot of food options Staff is friendly The city is 15 minutes from the Hotels is nice to do 2 or 3 hours tour and then go back , you have everything included in the hotel

Wonderful Vacation!
I would like to share feedback on our stay at Cofresí Palm Resort. We come from Boston MA and were greeted by the receptionist Neylani which was extremely courteous and wonderful. She was very informative on all the nessesary details and always with a wonderful smile. She also helped us when our access cards were accidentally reset. The overall experience was great and we would absolutely recommend this wonderful place!! Thank you for everything!! 20732

The whole experience was very disappointing. What you see on the website is far from the reality. Our room was small, dirty, the AC vent blew dirt and we couldn't control it. We had some missing towels. We requested them but they brought the wrong ones. The refrigerator was leaking water. We reported it but nobody came. The room overall looked old and poor quality. According to the website we had two buffet areas and several a la carte restaurants. On arrival we learned that we were only entitled to one a la carte and there was only one option: the Mexican restaurant. Funny that the buffet was also Mexican. And we had to book the restaurant. The buffet food was poor quality overall. On the site it says that "non-motorized water sports are included" Well, they were not. We didn't find any children's activities. Only a disco night and late for us. Everything was so uncomfortable that we decided to check out one day ahead. Our concierge, Anel was very helpful overall but she couldn't do much to help since her supervisors were not very flexible (we asked for a partial refund). We are utterly disappointed. Especially because this was a very special weekend for us.
