  Wilmer is the pure definition of Hospitality.

  After spending a week at this resort and running into Wilmer, I felt compelled to write this review. Wilmer is the pure definition of hospitality. From the moment we pulled up to the hotel to the day we left he was constantly sharing moments with us. He made us feel like a part of his family. When taking our luggage to our rooms he let us know that we are going to make sure that we are taking care of mama first. We appreciated that kind gesture as well as helping her by putting her suitcase on the ottoman in the closet. He then helped My wife and I with our suitcases to our room. He let us know what there was to do in the area. As well as if we need to go to the beach to let him know and he will take us across the street in the hotel's golf cart to see the Sunset. He not only showed this hospitality with us, but with other guests staying at the resort. Wilmer is definitely an ambassador for resort and Marriott. Madison Ray was another associate that we had the pleasure of speaking with. The concierge was off that day. Madison did a phenomenal job of explaining to us the Clearwater Aquarium. She explained to us about her most recent visit their, what exhibits we should do, any add ons that we might be interested in, that it was $15 to parking, and that since the concierge was off if we bring back our paid admission tickets that she or another Front Desk colleague would be able to take off $2 per person of one night room and tax. Other associates that we had the pleasure of interacting with was Kelly from Water Colours, Marc from Water Colours, Cass from Kokomos, Bredan from Kokomos, and Sarah from Kokomos. Every associate we came in contact with greeted us with a smile and a hello.

  Exceptional

  We stayed at the Clearwater Beach Marriott the last week of August into first week of September. This was a fantastic experience. The staff couldn't have been more friendly especially at the front desk. We will be coming back

  Another great stay...

  Have stayed here before...Everything was as we anticipated and they still have everything we were looking for! Very comfortable and nice accommodation, Every staff member we interacted with was professional, helpful and excellent at what they do....very nice area. It was nice and quiet while we visited this trip... Booking now for another stay!

  Beware of the hidden costs

  nice hotel great location we all know about the local tax @ $35 per night but another $35 to park a car per night this is not on we have paid for the room the car parking should be included If planning to stay here you can on another $70 per day to your room rate to stay here Rip off

  Great Stay and Staff!!

  Everything was great! The room, food, gym and cleanliness. But I’d like to mention Eric who served us breakfast every morning. He went so above and beyond with not only serving us, but helping us navigate everything from a trip to Universal to dinner recommendations and how to use the trolley. He’s an exceptional employee and should be celebrated. Thanks for a great stay!
