Dont fall for the Extravaganza its a RIP OFF
I have to say this hotel is probably one of the worst i have stayed in, its all a massive con, the rooms are still stuck in 80s. The try and fleece you every which they can either through coffee in your room or wi-fi where you can only have 2 connections, Most travellers will have more than 2 devices in the current age. Its like being stuck in cold war charging you for such amenities. My room clearly hadn't been cleaned correctly dust on the the phone, and holes in the bed sheet. Front desk rude and not supportive or offer any empathy when i called down to explain my frustrations.

Pathetic experience of room service & hospitality
Overcrowded place with Casino orientation only, hardly any hospitality in the hotels, rooms doesn't have basic amenities like water as complimentary, coffee maker with coffee consumables, shoe, toiletries, rooms doesn't have enough lights, no flexibility in room choices with adamancy by the front desk, etc. My recommendation would be to Avoid any stay in this hotel

"BEWARE"
$15 for bottle of water in room. Coffee maker in room with no coffee/sugar/cream. You were really going to charge us $22. Talked with front desk 3-times about lights not turning on with wall switches! Had to turn on manually. No extra room in fridge to maybe put some water in! Shower water just hit of off back wall. Could not adjust. Used room key to pay for parking as advised. Did not work! Had to use credit card and pay again to exit! I really think the customer gets lost in the shuffle! Been traveling for about 20yrs. I have never experienced such inflated prices like the costs at Caesars. But we were suckered into inflated prices once. But, rest assured, you will not get us twice! Word of mouth is a great way to advertise. Lots of friends here in Florida. We will put the word out to stay away!

Great Custom Service - Seifer
Just recently stayed at Caesar’s palace. Seifer greeted us at the front desk and provided us with amazing service that ensured we will always stay at Caesar's. Everything has gone smoothly and we have been extremely taken care of. Ten out of ten experience.

Terrible guest relations
This review is regarding the Sportsbook. I am a local who has the sports betting app. I bet with this app and they offer futures on the Kentucky Derby. I had $1000 in the account from several friends and myself. We wanted to bet 2 horses. I was betting in $25 increments when suddenly I was told I could no longer bet. I started an online conversation and was told it was a management decision. When I asked why , they would not provide me with an explanation. I then withdrew the funds and went to Caesers to bet it in person. I was then told they don’t take future bets on the Derby. I then showed them my app. The supervisor came over and told me it’s only on the app. When I showed him I was being denied he responded “maybe you’re being sneaky.” How the heck am I being sneaky? I’m making $25 bets on 2 horses. Unfortunately, they are the only casino that does future bets. I wasn’t given any further explanation. They have many high rollers who bet millions, but accuse me who is betting $1000 on 2 horses of being sneaky. Very unprofessional. I’m also a card holder at Station and Circa, never have I been insulted like this. Keep the great guest service, that’s why locals love Station and not Caesers.
