Ceasars Palace Visit
Palace Tower was excellent. Room was perfectly cleaned every day. Fitness center was excellent. The Vanderpump Wine Garden was the best restaurant on the property and the best value. Other restaurants are over priced for ok quality.

My favorite spot in Vegas
Seifer McQueen started the check in process out wonderfully, and was pleasant as ever. Caesars is without a doubt my favorite Vegas spot because of the location, layout, and customer service. When you check in, ask for Seifer, and everything will be perfect after that. I’m blessed to be here!!

Hotel is very large and a bit dated. Be careful they overcharge for all services, food & goods at the Hotel. You pay a facility fee, but they still try and charge you an additional $100 at the pool for a better lounge chair. Starbucks is $7 a cup (should b e $3), small bottle of vodka $65 (retail price off strip $25), Keurig coffee cups in room are charged to guest, 1 slice of pizza at Forum $16.99. All restaurants are overprices by 40 to 50%. Their is a tax or service charge on everything. PROCEED WITH CAUTION. Bring your own coffee, snacks & food!!!!

The best!
The check in process was handled by Mr. Seifer McQueen, his customer service was amazing! He communicated with me the status of my room and provided priceless information. I will be sure to book here again!
