We went to Vegas for pur Sons 21st Birthday, I had emailed the hotel prior as my son has multiple allergies and wanted to make sure as it was his bday we had rooms on the same floor. From the 1st email Adam was so responsive and helpful kindly giving us an upgrade which wasn't expected. We met Justin on arrival and he was as welcoming as his email correspondence with us prior to arriving. The whole hotel is clean , classy has a lovely vibe, ambience & every member of staff we encountered was friendly &helpful. The whole place is Amazing we had a look at most hotels on the Strip and Casears was deffo our favourite. Cannot recommend the management or staff enough at this hotel. Book it its Amazing we were v sad to leave and will return. Thankyou Adam & Justin for your kind hospitality we will be back, keep doing what you are doing we will certainly be back !!

Good room and location but man do they want every single penny out of your pocket. No coffee pods just the machine. Want WiFi? extra charge for 3rd device, can not remove a device once connected. Wanna check in early … extra charge. Want to use fridge in the room … well cannot. Accidentally removed bottle of water from the mini bar, extra charge. All this on top of insanely high room rate. I am now worried of using the bathroom 🚽 3rd time, as it might show up on my hotel bill as extra charge 😏

This resort is huge. Stayed for 3 nights and didn’t get to see all of it. Travelled with 2 toddlers. We had the cheapest rooms in the Julius tower and they were great. The food court was very handy for quick meals. Hotel was in a great spot on the strip. Next to Bellagio and directly across the street from the Lin promenade. We got a really great price and glad we stayed here from Australia

Five-Star &. True Luxury Experience
With a huge thank you and shout out to Kaylah from the Luxury Experience department, I want to share how exceptional our recent stay was. With the chaos of F1 weekend, organizing anything in Las Vegas was a challenge, but Kaylah handled everything for us from transportation to securing the perfect rooms with total professionalism, warmth, and precision. She made what should have been a stressful process feel completely seamless and genuinely elevated our trip. Her attention to detail, quick communication, and genuine care for our experience truly set her apart. The accommodations were flawless, every logistical detail was handled before we even had to think about it, and we felt fully taken care of from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend Kaylah or the Luxury Experience department more highly. If you want your trip to feel effortless, elevated, and expertly coordinated even during one of the busiest weekends of the year, she’s the one you want helping you. Our whole group was impressed and grateful for everything she did for us.

BIGTIME HOTEL FOR SPECIAL EVENTS
With a big thank-you and shout-out to Luz at the Express Reservations desk, I recently upgraded my room while visiting for the Formula 1 Grand Prix race weekend and found Caesars Palace to be superior across the board in terms of location, atmosphere, quality finishes, space and overall grandeur, room size/quality, shops and restaurants. (I had stayed at Mandalay Bay and Paris earlier in the week, for other events, for comparison.) Their fitness center is also the best I've ever found in any hotel anywhere. My view of the main Strip and Bellagio fountains was spectacular, as were other views toward the mountains surrounding Las Vegas. The only negative would be the large crowd of guests and the hotel's massive scale, for those wanting more of a boutique experience. I loved it and my visiting family members did, too.
