Seifer was the best!

My room assignment got messed up initially and when I went to customer service I was helped by Seifer. He was so kind and helpful and upgraded my room for my inconvenience. He was so great! He also gave me a voucher for any of the restaurants in the hotel. The hotel, while huge, is fairly easy to navigate and everyone was friendly!

Main pool closed. Resort fess still being charged.

MAIN OOOL CLISED!!! Half of the pool chairs are roped off. Too many people can’t access. Caesars is charging resort fees yet the main amenities aren’t open. It’s in the upper 80s and the pool isn’t open. This is inexcusable. There’s a life guard walking around thrilling people they can’t swim. And no explanation given 3 days in a row. Refund fees. Service has continued to go downhill Omer the past year. We will look into bringing our business and money elsewhere.

Always great at Ceasars Palace

My experience at Ceasars is always wonderful. My bellman Ismael was outstanding. The valet parking team showed the highest level in customer service skills. Sicily and Thomas D are truly the best in valet. They have the best leadership support onsite that I met at Ceasars Palace, and that's Manager Vanessa. Respectfully, Steven Lawson

Awesome customer service

Seifer was great! Made our first trip to Vegas something to remember! Upgraded our room for a better view! Caesars was clean and the casino was awesome! Food was also very good! The shops also very good and gave us something to look at during the day!

Unforgettable Luxury and Service

Absolutely stunning experience! The rooms are luxurious and spacious, with breathtaking views. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel like royalty. The amenities are top-notch, especially the pool area. Dining options are diverse and delicious. Highly recommend for a memorable stay!
