Employee of the Year: Caesar’s Rewards Senior Manager. Shawn Sparta Employee of the Year!
The mark of the Employee of The Year is the ability to solve issues in a professional and mutually beneficial manner. Shawn Sparta (Senior Rewards Manager for all of Caesar’s Las Vegas properties) is just that definition and I can’t think of anyone more deserving of said recognition! I had made a reservation with my host at the Paris/Versailles for 2 specific rooms as my daughter, son in law and my two grandchildren would be staying in the adjoining rooms. As I am a local 7 Star, I was able to physically verify the room reservations on site the day before to make sure all was in order. It was verified. When my family arrived, the rooms were not what we had confirmed or reserved. After over one hour of trying to reach folks (my host left at 5 pm and it was 5:10 pm when we started to try and check into the reserved rooms), in frustration I reached out to Shawn Sparta and while he was at home and “off the clock,” Shawn immediately answered and fixed the situation! Moral of the story; Shawn Sparta embraces and exemplifies what should be the gold standard for a top notch manager for all of Caesar’s properties! I can’t thank him enough for always being available and his professional and AAAA+++ managerial talent and skills! Ivan and Stephanie are also very professional and work under Shawn so they have been and are being taught by the best manager that Caesar’s Rewards has in place in Shawn Sparta!

Check the photo attached , these items were accidentally touched and the sensor machines reported these items as purchased , it’s really a headache now. The attractions inside the hotel are so beautiful, the customer service always smile but they don’t help much. Cleanliness is good , not much of smoke smell when compared to flamingo

Colosseum tower room: Mid
Booked a colosseum tower room as this tower was most recently renovated. Room was a good size. Furnishing relatively new. The deadbolt on the door was wobbly and just hanging on, needed maintenance. There were weird knocking sounds in the bathroom after using the shower, but they subsided after a while. View was not great, I looked out to the colosseum arena and construction sites for the future hard rock hotel. The minibar fridge was noisy when cooling and there was no cabinet door to shield the noise, called multiple times to ask them to turn it off or wheel it away, they never did anything or called to let me know what was going on with my request. I just dealt with it with earplugs if needed. Bed linen was clean. Bed itself was a bit saggy. Overall an average experience.

Highly recommend staying at Cesar’s Palace
April was amazing front desk attendant and the room was stunning. Vegas at its best! I would highly recommend staying at Cesar’s palace. The view of the strip from our room was amazing. It’s a huge casino but if you look for the signs it’s easier to find your way around.
