    Old, Tired, Dirty Looking

    The room is very old, tired, filthy looking & disgusting. Carpet is ripped & dingy. No microwave or frig. Shuttle was 10 minutes late. We stayed bc our flight was late with United Airlines and we missed our connection. They offered us a hotel & meal voucher. If it wasn't so late at night we would have looked for a Hilton property.

    Happy to land here

    My flight was canceled out of the Denver airport and Sun Country gave me a free night at this hotel. Outside of waiting a while for the shuttle at the airport, my experience was very good. The woman working at the desk was helpful and kind and my room was comfortable and warm. I had a very good night sleep and was ready for my day ahead in the morning.

    Do not stay at this hotel. The staff very rude and unhelpful. They do not care about the guest experience. Very poor customer service

    Not recommended if you like clean hotels and professional staff

    We were booked for one night by a tour company. We had vouchers issued for the hotel. The sole receptionist said she had never seen vouchers before, and we had no reservation. She then had an argument with a customer on the phone about how long he had been on hold. The place looked dirty and did not smell good. We left and booked into a neighbouring hotel, which was welcoming and clean. Reading their recent reviews confirmed we were not alone in our disappointment.

    be prepared to spend more time registering and paying for your parking. No, they don't validate parking, but they do monitor the parking lot to ensure everyone has paid. If your license does not show up as paid, your vehicle may be towed. Have a good night!!
