    An amazing short stay at the Argonaut

    We made our reservation at the Argonaut on our way up from central California. We’ve been to the city so many times and have always walked by the Argonaut, so we thought we would give it a try. We’ve got a very reasonable rate online for a courtyard view. When we arrived, we met Sharon at the front desk. She was so friendly and welcoming. My wife asked her “how is the courtyard view?” She said, “I already upgraded your room, I don’t think you will be disappointed”. We chatted with her, and we went to our room. WOW!!!! She gave us a corner suite. It was huge. One side looked directly over the wharf to Alcatraz and the other view was over the Aquatic Park and the GG bridge. Fantastic. The room was big, clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The bed was sooooooo comfortable. Slept so amazingly well. There was an in room Nespresso machine and there was a fridge for our waters. We had an appetizer and some drinks downstairs at Mermaids. We are not big fans of fishermen’s wharf, as we used to live here and it is very touristy. But the night we came, it was super quiet. So many places to walk from here A great stay for sure. Will be back.

    Excellent Staff and Accomodations

    The Argonaut Hotel presents a friendly, clean and very accomodating place to stay when in San Francisco. Brendan helped to make the trip go very well. We arrived on a tandem bicycle and there was no problem to park the bike in the baggage area. This is an excellent hotel run by caring people.

    Great location and guest experience

    Matthew and all of the staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay with our luggage, daily room cleaning, and suggestions of nearby things to do. Would definitely recommend, especially to any first time visitors to San Francisco…..

    The best of a sea side adventure in luxury.

    The room was very spacious and inviting. The tub was big enough for 2 and the hotel even included some bath bombs to try out with the spa jets. It was an enjoying bath. We had a room that over looked Alcatraz and Golden Gate bridge. We even saw some seagulls that perched on the building across from us. We were minutes from exploring the pier and the chocolate factory. Overall a great experience.

    A Great hotel. great staff and excellent facilities, Pillows to die for, A big thanks to Issac and Coco on the desk always on hand and very helpful , nothing was problem for either of them, would definitely return . this hotel is very well situated in the heart of fisherman's wharf and an ideal base to get around from , Great food The bellboy as i call them was always on hand to help and offer advice on routes,
