Beautiful location, great hotel clean rooms. Were a little overbooked on 2 bed rooms and asked our group if anyone was willing to switch to a 1 bed room which one of us did. Clean rooms, nice lobby and location. Would come back for a longer trip.

Couldn't have picked a better hotel in Ottawa!
Needed a hotel to stay for the last 2 days of my trip to Ottawa. Spent a while comparing the different options before picking Andaz and I couldn't have been happier with the selection! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious with the most incredible view of Byward Market. I work remotely and had a desk and lots of plug socket options to work comfortably in the room. Also was able to work in the lobby after check out with enough space and quiet. Will 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Ottawa and hope to return one day!

Great atmosphere and very accommodating staff. Room is worn with carpet stains. Pillows were terrible. Bedding inadequate.

5 star experience
I had a wonderful stay at the Andaz Ottawa and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The reception staff, especially Anjalee and Gee, were outstanding—warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The hotel itself is spotless, with an obvious attention to cleanliness in both common areas and the room. My room was modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with great views and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, the atmosphere felt polished yet friendly. Andaz Ottawa delivers excellent service, comfort, and quality, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
