Close to parks 20 minute walk. Clean comfortable room. Food lounge closed had to see from bar…6 of us on stools! We booked the shuttle.. never used (wasted $34) waited 45 mins. Then used U bers for rest of stay. Don’t be caught out by drivers claiming to be Ubers!!!

    Abysmal

I paid $800 a night for a room at the Marriott. This is because the Hilton inexplicably cancelled my reservation, (made in December), one night before I was scheduled to arrive. Given the current rate on Tripadvisor is $153 per night, this would seem excessive, but for that kind of money, my room should be akin to the presidential suite, right? The reason I had no choice, (and the Marriott knew this), was that there was a trade show at the Anaheim convention center and the city was booked, so I had little choice but to pay this ridiculous fee or not attend the trade show. I was also traveling with 4 coworkers that were all staying at the Hilton. Both hotels are adjacent to the Anaheim convention center. For my $800 I was put in the “presidential suite” adjacent to a stairwell with a metal stairway. Two of the three nights I was repeatedly awakened by people loudly moving up and down those metal stairs. On the nights I was able to fall asleep, thanks to a lack of stairwell noises, there was the constant gathering of people outside my window to chat until all hours of the night. The stairwell leads to an entrance, and that entrance was a favorite place for people to gather, smoke, drink and talk loudly. Once the stairwell traffic subsided, and the smokers and drinkers went to their rooms, it was possible to get some sleep. But wait, there’s more. The harmonious sounds of the pressure washer woke me up around 5:30 AM every morning. That entrance had to be cleaned very early in the morning, and pressure washing is the cleaning method of choice. Even better was when there were two workers out there during the pressure washing. They had to yell to each other in order to be heard above the noise of the pressure washer. My first morning at the Marriott, I tried to jump on the network to get some work done before the show started. Since the Marriott staff wasn’t permitting me to sleep, why not try to be productive? I was unable to log on as I have done hundreds of times in other hotels. I called down to the desk and was informed that the Marriott charges $18 per day for internet access when they are hosting a convention. Apparently, my $800 per night just wasn’t enough to cover the cost of internet too. Overall, there is nothing positive to say about the Marriott. It was a horrible, obscenely overpriced experience.

Spacious Clean Double Room Walking Distance to the Anaheim Convention Center

I stayed 1-night ($220 plus $50 event parking fee in/out privilege) at the Anaheim Marriott for my Business trip and I cannot be more satisfied with the service I received. They let me Check-in my room early since there were plenty available. I had a business trip at the Anaheim Convention Center and the walkability was just a few steps to the Convention center. The double rooms were clean and spacious (Room 420 or 440 I forgot) If you have an event at the Anaheim Convention Center I highly recommend staying at the Anaheim Marriott.

Great Stay With Convenient Proximity To Disneyland Parks

I had a great experience staying at the Anaheim Marriott. The hotel's proximity to the Disneyland Parks was a great bonus, making it easy to travel back and forth. It was also a pleasant surprise that we were able to do an early check three hours ahead of our room schedule allowing for the trip to be smoother. Our experience was excellent the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Hotel amenities and room service met our expectations and were efficient. Every aspect from interactions with staff and the facilities inside the hotel made our stay enjoyable. The only downside that is worth noting is the high daily parking fee that added up quickly. While I understand the convenience of on-site parking a more reasonable and lower rate would have made the experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend the Anaheim Marriott for its great location to Disneyland parks, excellent service, and cleanliness.

    The Staff is Exemplary!

Never have we encountered more pleasant and helpful staff. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, the room was large and clean (though the shower lower grout lines could use an update), and the bar/restaurant served excellent food and cocktails. Of special note, Pablo (our waiter at breakfast) was just awesome! Very nice, attentive, and efficient. There is absolutely no question in our minds. This is where we’ll stay next time!
