  Amazing Hospitality!

  Shout out to Hunter and Ryan at the front desk! They were very accommodating to my friend and I and made us feel very welcomed!

  Conference

  Stayed here for business. Nice hotel with friendly staff. Plenty of restaurant options and Disney is close by. Room was good.

  Beautiful hotel, close to Disneyland

  Great hotel was great amenities. The hotel was beautiful and about a 15-20 minute walk to the parks. The pool was nice and it’s in a good location overall. Our rooms has balconies with a nice view. Will definitely be coming here again when coming to Disneyland.

  It has it all

  Great stay at Marriott Anaheim conference center. I was in town for business with Red Bull, and the property suits all your needs wether for business or pleasure. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Shout out to David V. and the entire F&B crew for going above and beyond to accommodate us.

  Okay overall but had some issues

  I will start with the few positives: We stayed on floor 18 so had access to the concierge lounge. Very convenient for breakfast, nice and quiet, and the staff were always very friendly and attentive. The bed was also very comfortable and the room was clean. However there were many negatives during our stay: The lobby area is noisy when busy and with one of our party being partially deaf, he was struggling during the wait for check in. The check in process was not great – we were meant to receive an email telling us when the room was ready but received nothing and waited unnecessarily in the loud lobby. We saw two different check in agents, who tried to take our card details twice. We weren’t informed of the pool opening times or asked if we were parking a car. There are 6 lifts labelled A-F, and a keypad on the wall of the lobby. We had to enter the floor we wanted into the keypad and it would select a lift for us. If there are a couple of parties its okay but when we arrived it was chaotically busy. People were pressing the keypad for lifts but then not actually getting into their designated lift, so it would visit every floor on the way up to your own. The room we had overlooked Anaheim, but when going out onto the balcony it was very noisy due to the AC units being on the roof below us. There was also limited storage space in the room – it would be fine for a weekend but not 7 nights for 2 people. The self-parking is poorly signposted due to an overgrown bush at the entrance, and it is a long walk back and forth from the parking garage to the lobby with luggage and groceries. They had a bell service but we dreaded to think how much they would want to charge. When we asked at the front desk how to pay for car parking for 1 night we were told they would assign the charge to the room. However, upon receiving the invoice we had been charged for 7 nights. We attempted to query the parking charge during check out but the staff did not listen and just wanted to send us a copy of the invoice. It was eventually resolved. We complained to customer service about the parking and check in experience via email, they apologised but did not resolve any issues or offer anything to compensate while we were there. A stay at this hotel might also be affected by events happening in the conference suites or the convention centre across the road. Unfortunately for us it was party central with college football teams during our stay. It is also advertised as a ‘Hotel near Disneyland Park!’ but in reality it’s a 25-minute walk there and back, so slightly too far away. Overall, we were quite disappointed and would not stay here again.
