    Excellent staff, wonderful experience. I last stayed in October and have noticed major improvements not only to the facility but also within the team and customer service. My only note for improvement is the burger was too blah. Looking forward to my next stay!

    Nice staff！

    This is a nice hotel. The front desk staff, Samantha, Isabel, and Stijn, are really great. They are always friendly and helpful. Samantha greets you with a warm smile. Isabel is very patient when answering questions. Stijn assists with luggage promptly. Their excellent service makes the stay enjoyable.

    Disappointed

    I was disappointed with my stay in this hotel. The first night was bad due to traffic noise (room 531). I asked and we were moved to another room but the first night was bad. The next 2 nights were better in terms of noise but we were cold! There is a problem with sound and thermal insulation which surprises me given the reputation and price of rooms! And bed duvets are not very thick. The ventilation in the bathroom is noisy and the last day we had no more shower gel. Finally cold air conditioning in the breakfast room is unpleasant. There are positive points nevertheless : welcoming and pleasant staff (at reception and breakfast room). +Good breakfast quality. But overall disappointed.

    Excellent location and executive lounge!

    This was an excellent hotel. We all enjoyed our stay very much. The executive lounge is excellent and has very good service and food. The breakfast was very hearty and delicious. The valet parking guys were very helpful and we got our car quickly. The rooms are fairly spacious and good housekeeping as well. The location is great!

    The Perfect Place to Stay in Amsterdam

    We came to Amsterdam to visit our son and his family, and stayed from December 18 - January 31. This hotel is perfectly located; next to Vondle Park and adjacent to all the wonderful shops in the City. Our experience was wonderful, from the amenities (especially the M Club), to the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed getting to know Cootje, in the M Club, over our two week stay. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we wanted/needed. We left feeling like we've made a friend in Amsterdam. We'll never stay anywhere else when we visit. Five stars for sure!
